After I Purchased my 2012 Chevy Malibu LS 20+ year's ago, at Amigo Chevrolet in Gallup. They have not Treated me the same. There Customer Service has drop 80% from the last time I step foot in their Establishment. I really had high hope on purchasing another vehicle from them this year. I lost my respect with Amigo car dealership. So I reconsider my choice with them and took my business elsewhere. My previous visit was back in February or January. After I spoke with one of the sales person, he convince me on checking out this dark blue Trailblazer, cute little SUV...he made my hopes high again by saying i would drive out in that 2021 Trailblazer. To my knowledge I told him all I had was $1,500 for down payment, he agreed with it, but I had to leave because they were closing soon and I had to be at another place within the hour. So I was somewhat excided.๐๐ So a week went by and he called me up and left a message, that I was approved for a brand new Trax SUV.. and I had to bring in my $2,500 and I'll be set. I was like "Wait a Minute" A Trax SUV and Twitny five hundred..Something didn't add up. So I called him and he was thrilled to tell me I was approved.... I told that wasn't the vehicle we both agreed on..by that time my dream car was just another bad nightmare..๐คฌ i told him I won't be purchasing any vehicle right now and hung up the phone. ๐๐๐ But I still give them business with the parts department only because I need parts after paying off my 2013 Malibu LT. Maybe one day I'll stop by and try again. Hopefully I'm treated with dignity, and make me feel important as a previous customer, and Hopefully they really standed by their Moto.. and Honor their Professionalism on keeping their Trade Mark.(Honesty, Trust, Valued) to each customer's. Like the way I was treated and taking care of 20+ yrs ago. I'll always admire the old grew several year's ago. Now they were Top Notch Car Dealers... We're not all perfect... We're only...
ย ย ย Read moreAwful experience. Because of COVID-19 restrictions, I made an appointment for a radio diagnostics check (radio and display are completely out in my vehicle) two weeks ahead. At the time of making the appointment, I was told that a radio diagnostics check would cost $75 after taxes. After driving one hour from home to Amigo, I showed up at 8:30 am for my scheduled diagnostics appointment. I waited and waited. After my truck was there for seven hours, I checked with the service representative. He checked and said the technician started working on it just now. After waiting about 30 mins again the representative told me that the technician said that he'll require more time and that I'd have to leave my truck overnight. I had no way home so I couldn't leave my truck overnight. I was then told by the representative that I had to pay $75 for the service before I could leave with my truck. I asked if the radio diagnostic check was completed. The representative admitted that no, it was not completed. But, he said, I still owed for the work performed by the technician. I asked what "work" was performed. He said the technician had to "pull wires." I then told the representative that I was quoted $75 for a completed radio diagnostics check and that I was confused why I had to pay when the work clearly wasn't performed or completed. He then said $75 is the initial fee and that thereafter labor for a completed job would be $90 per hour. After going back and forth with the representative, I gave in and agreed to pay $75 to leave with my truck. By then I was out of patience after waiting 7 hours at the dealership. I paid and asked the representative for the results of what the technician was able to find thus far (even if the diagnostics was not completed). He wouldn't even give that to me. Bad customer service. Total incompetence. This was my first experience with Amigo and it will be my last experience with them. AVOID their...

Showed flyer to lady at front desk, said we won 2 lottery tickets and $10 gift card. First thing she asked if we were buying a car. We said looking and then checking on financing. She was quick to reply out of tickets and gift cards. First come first serve, no problem. We walked around and looked around. Salesman named Jay ran up to us after we asked a sales man where the black truck was that was up front 2 weeks before, then he kept walking off. Jay showed us truck and went got keys. He came back and remote started it and went to help another customer. He kept doing that several times. My wife liked truck and wanted to test drive it around lot, that didnot happen!!! We finally found the Camaro that I was interested in and same thing again, remote started car and walked off. I told wife this is Camaro that I wanted. I got out of driver's seat and had wife sit, she liked it too. After talking a bit with my wife I said I want the car. He came over really pushing to make sale . I said I will get back with him later. We were going to go back next day (Saturday) and something came up. After thinking some more about Friday's visit today, we decided NO WAY are we buying from Amigo Chevrolet!!!!!! We could not even test drive either the truck or Camaro on lot. We weren't even allowed to see or hold the keys in hand. After this we decided to go elsewhere. My dad told us to go there and look, he was going up Saturday to buy a new pickup. After telling him of what happened he decided to go to Albuquerque to buy. Amigo Chevrolet lost 3 possible sales. WOULD NOT...
