Whoever does their ordering should be fired. Almost 2 months without a single Xros pod in stock (a very very common/ popular salt nic mod). I’ve asked 5 different employees what the deal is, and all I get is “oh you can order them online”. No duh, I understand how the internet works. I’m not here to order online. Not to mention I’ve asked every employee including managers to order any kind of juice with no ice (almost every single flavor they have has menthol/ ice in it) for 6 months now and they haven’t done so. I’ve gone from buying 2 coils and a bottle of juice per week plus CBD to nothing because it’s obvious they don’t care about their return customers. I’ve worked in this exact industry, even making my own line of juice, it isn’t this hard.
TLDR: Don’t buy anything here expecting them to have what you need...

I consistently visit them once or twice a week to buy disposable vapes and finally on the fourth attempt to sell me a salt nic set up. I indulge the salesman and buy a complete set up. I return next week to buy coils just for them to not know what size coils I need told me “I don’t know what to tell you“ I ended up buying her best guest on a coil to find out I spent eight dollars to buy the wrong one. It’s like once they get the big bucks from you. You don’t matter anymore. Read moreFriendly people for the most part. But they have a horrendous restock system. I’ve had to wait 3-4 weeks for them to get my coils back in stock, despite me and others specifically requesting the product. 95 percent of the vape juices have menthol, and they won’t order any without even if you ask.
The most confusing thing? This place literally only sells tobacco, vape, CBD or delta related items, and their rewards program will not let you use said rewards on tobacco, vape, CBD or delta items. So what can people use their rewards...
