My wife and I took a day trip to Galveston from Houston to hang out at the beach and wanted to stop somewhere for coffee. We were going to check out our usual spot, but Willow Coffee popped up and we were curious. We are SO glad we found this gem. I am not kidding you when I say, it was the best cortado I've ever had. The owner mentioned he has been in the coffee industry for 15 years and it shows. Willow Coffee is the only coffee spot we'll visit when in Galveston from now on.

I got a caramel iced latte with Oatmilk and I’ve never enjoyed a coffee more. The caramel is sweet and decadent, but not overly sweet, and the coffee is very smooth. The owner has an incredible story and entrepreneurial spirit. All syrups are house-made and the beans are locally roasted. If you’re like me and love iced drinks but avoid straws, look no further. Sippy lids! If I lived here, I’d visit every day. Coffee lovers: it’s a must-see in Galveston.

I had the campfire latte which was delicious! I could tell the syrup is homemade as it wasn't overly sweet. Service was above & beyond. He was very kind & with a smile! He even offered to bring my coffee to my Jeep since it was chilly out! My only complaint is I wish it was a bigger cup because I wanted more! It was $6 for a 12 oz which I would say is pricey but is the standard these days for homemade syrup. Overall, will return!

OMG it’s been quite some time that I’ve found coffee that was worthy of praise. That being said this coffee is one of the very best I’ve had. The young man working the truck was fantastic. He is very personable, efficient, friendly and the list goes on. Next time I’m craving a good cup of coffee on the island I know exactly where I’ll be headed. By the way he closes at noon, so if you’re a late day coffee hound, no such luck. Hit him...
