Willow Coffee Truck — Restaurant in Galveston

My wife and I took a day trip to Galveston from Houston to hang out at the beach and wanted to stop somewhere for coffee. I got a caramel iced latte with Oatmilk and I’ve never enjoyed a coffee more. The caramel is sweet and decadent, but not overly sweet, and the coffee is very smooth.

The owner has an incredible story and entrepreneurial spirit. All syrups are house-made and the beans are locally roasted. If you’re like me and love iced drinks but avoid straws, look no further. Sippy lids!

OMG it’s been quite some time that I’ve found coffee that was worthy of praise. That being said this coffee is one of the very best I’ve had. The young man working the truck was fantastic. He is very personable, efficient, friendly and the list goes on. Next time I’m craving a good cup of coffee on the island I know exactly where I’ll be headed.
