If it was possible to give no stars that's what I would choose but unfortunately I am forced to put at least 1... I will NEVER give them another dime as long as I live, and I tell everyone I know & meet what they did.. After finally getting the money needed to get my saddle out I excitedly got there as soon as I could to get it, I hate having to get loans especially on expensive items because it takes me a lot of time to get them back, I've spent over 2 years at one point in my life paying on interest so I wouldn't lose my stuff.. Anyway they finally walked out from the back with a saddle for me to take home and I go to pick it up and immediately I knew it was NOT my saddle! And I asked what it was that they just gave and they were like well it's yours! I was freaking out and we matched the ticket to their info and it says that it's mine but it definitely was NOT! Mine was a very old, pristine shape because I I take very good care of my tack and the one handed to me was very neglected and in surprised it was something they even took in for a loan to begin with! It was such a HUGE difference that if it had been a customer who had brought it in, they would have known IMMEDIATELY that it wasn't theirs!! But somehow I still was handed something that wasn't mine and my family heirloom that was in the family for over 30 years was just... GONE. They asked me to go in the back to look for mine, my other saddle was there but not the heirloom. So they asked me to come back the next day when the manager would be there and of course I did. She looked & looked in the computer system, took me in the back once again and still it was gone no where to be found... You know it had to be an inside job in order for tags to moved from one to the other, that and if it WAS a customer they would have noticed immediately it wasn't theirs! But I also know that there's a lot of people who would've said nothing about it( But there's a few good people left that would have, just never in my events) I STILL cry over that whole situation, I can't EVER get that back and the person who now has it has no idea or care in the world that it came from a father that has long passed away and it's my it was an extremely sentimental item that causes grief and heartache EVERY SINGLE time it's thought about. It's still a subject that's difficult to accept, causes anger & resentment and a lot of sadness and it's been over a year now. I did get my other saddle out because of it but it definitely wasn't anywhere NEAR an amount that could make up for such a bad, bad transaction! I should have sued, kinda wish I still could, but I CAN post a review.. I have NEVER had this happen to me before or since & I just wish it could have been ANYTHING else of mine & I mean ANYTHING ELSE and I would've already been over it & let it go by now, instead I feel I should warn others that unfortunately this could happen to anyone or anything of yours you take in to get a loan for, I however pray that...
Read moreGreat place for jewelry!! This was our third pawn shop we hadn't found what we wanted and the prices were a bit high at one of them. As soon as we walked in Thea helped me find a beautiful ring, she gave me a good discount on it and told me about the VIP program which of course I took. She even cleaned my ring for me and made it look even better!! James helped my husband and daughter find a gold chain that my daughter has been wanting forever she was so happy!! He explained the vip program to us again and we took it on that as well. We even got jewelry cleaner and boxes for our jewelry. Thea helped my husband with a digital camera, our daughter has been asking for one she loves taking pictures.Very friendly and helpful staff we definitely will be going back there. I highly recommend Ez pawn,...
Read moreI don't see how a store or shop of any sort can sell a broken item. I bought a 43 caliber hornet pepper ball gun from EZ pawn and it will not hold CO2 and it is jammed I can't get the magazine out so I can't load or unload the gun. It's basically junk unless I can figure out someone who repairs these kind of guns. Then I try to take it back and return it and they will not take it back after 24 hrs. I don't see how they expect me to go to a safe place to shoot the gun and test it out within 24 hrs. It seems like a pretty big rip-off to me a pawn shop should always test their items before selling them. They told me they can't shoot the gun in the store but they don't have to shoot the gun in a store they could at least load a CO2 cartridge in it see if it holds the CO2 and make sure the gun...
