STOP !!!! {Important review.} If you are looking for high quality authentic mexican food this is NOT the place. Hey everyone it Food Guy checking out food here and there. As you all know I always try to find a positive when I give a review. It's going to be very difficult to find anything positive about this place. First off, there online advertised menu is nothing like what they charge. When we asked about the menu prices and why there are no listed prices on the reader board inside the restaurant we were told they don't list there prices because the cost is constantly changing. To me that would indicate that they are not being upfront with the customer regarding there product. After we ordered our food we found out that the items we ordered are way overpriced. There is no way that a simple burrito and some very plain fajitas should have cost $50.00. Then on top of the basic order there is a upcharge for sour cream, guacamole, etc... When the food was delivered to the table I asked to speak with the manager on duty. Guess what,.? "No manager to talk to" That's another red flag on being transparent with the customer. I have done a lot of food reviews and I can clearly tell you that this food has the same taste and consistency as something that come out of a can from the grocer store on the corner. The green chili was runny and tasted very bland. It's not fresh homemade. The steak was chewy and not seasoned correctly. I could go on, but why beat a dead horse, I think you get my point. I did speak to some other customers and they did say it was overpriced, and most people that I spoke with basically said that they only order the same thing because of the price and trust of the food items. That's another red flag. If the local customers are not willing to try something different that's says a lot. As I said before, I always try to find something positive. So with that being said, the dinner area and bathrooms were clean. And the sever was nice to us. So in conclusion, you as the customer need to make up your own mind regarding this restaurant. But it should be with great caution before you do. Service 1.5 ⭐ Location 1.5 ⭐ Atmosphere 0.5 ⭐ Food -1...

This was the first time I had tried this restaurant, and all of my expectations were totally shattered. Easy access to the building, which is surprising in that area because of significant road construction. The order system is unique, more of a restaurant without table servers. You order your own food at the window to the kitchen area, and carry your own food to your table of choice (or to go). The woman who took my order was very friendly, and very knowledgeable about the menu. She was able to answer all of my questions off the top of he head, which is something of a rarity for servers this day in age. Food was prepped and ready to go is less than ten minutes total, pretty fast for this quality of food, which leads me nicely into the food. In a word, fantastic. I had the enchilada plate, one chicken, one cheese. The sauce was great, with just the right amount of spice expected from an enchilada sauce. The chicken tasted wonderful, and the cheese and onion were in perfect balance with each other, neither overpowering the other. My father had the Chili Verde plate, which was also excellent. Be warned, the pork in this dish is very spicy. If you do not care for hot food, this may not be for you. If you enjoy eating something that will clear out your sinuses (or a hangover), this will do the job. I happen to be the latter, I have yet to find something I consider "too hot." The final surprise came with the bill (which was actually earlier, you pay when you order). All together, both dishes and a large Coke was less than $20. Each entre was only $8.00, which is way beyond reasonable considering you get beans and rice with each dish as well (also terrific). $2.50 for a fountain drink was standard fare.

To summarize, I do not know how they offer such great food at such reasonable prices. If I was shown the meal without knowing the price I would guess somewhere between $11 and $13, no way in hell it would be single digits. But it is, and its excellent. I will be eating here again, and reccomend it to anyone looking for...

We have been coming here forever. Even after moving to the west side of Greeley. The service tonight will make me think twice about coming back. My daughter ordered a chicken and rice burrito with nothing else. It came with guacamole. We told the waitress who retorted with you have to purchase a whole new burrito as she took the other one and went to the back. First off the menu does not mention guacamole and if I’m buying another burrito I should have been given the other one back to take home. My husband went up to talk to her about it and she coped the biggest attitude ever. Said never mind your covered. We never spend less then $60 per visit. The new burrito still had tomato’s even after we told them plain. My issue is if it was a mistake so be it. It’s the unnecessary rude behavior. I asked for a manager and was told no one was there. So here we are, no one to help resolve and the dirty looks from the waitress. Probably won’t be back due to the...

You don't get get chips They don't have fountain drinks, so you have buy cans The menu doesn't have prices, so I just spend $18 on a burrito with rice and beans Loud drum and bass style music coming out of crackling speakers I asked for a knife to cut my burrito, the waitress said "people usually don't ask for those" then didn't bring me a knife The rice was somehow dry and undercooked They have no choice of green chili temperatures.. The one green chili they have isn't even spicy in the least. The carnitas were half soggy like apple sauce and have dried out like beef jerky The beans were good

This restaurant gets pretty busy so it might be a good idea to get your order to go depending on time of day. The food here is pretty good though the green Chile could be spicier. The Menudo is decent and is made with tripe instead of pigs feet which I like. The restaurant itself was a lil dirty but they were very busy, and the staff seemed to be pretty nice as well. Overall not too bad but lol expensive for the amount of food served.
