Buckle up, folks, because I've got a fin-tastic review for you about a little slice of paradise called Jaws Resortwear in Surfside Beach, SC. This is the kind of place where even your flip-flops start to feel underdressed!
Walking into Jaws Resortwear is like being greeted by a vibrant ocean wave of colors and patterns. It's the place where your wardrobe dreams and vacation fantasies collide, leaving you more excited than a dad at a weekend BBQ sale. As soon as I stepped through the door, I was hit with an array of tropical prints that screamed, “Aloha, let's party!”
Now, if there's one thing we dads love, it's finding a deal. And let me tell you, Jaws doesn't just have prices that are friendly—they’re downright hug-worthy. I grabbed a Hawaiian shirt that made me look like the coolest cat on the beach. It was such a steal that I half-expected the fashion police to show up and say, “Sir, you’re under arrest for having too much style.” But worry not, they didn't have a warrant for my dad jokes!
The staff at Jaws Resortwear are friendlier than your neighbor's golden retriever. Sarah, the lady at the counter, was a delight. She helped me pick out a pair of sunglasses that made me feel like Tom Cruise in Top Gun, minus the fighter jet. We chatted about the weather, the best surf spots, and how to avoid looking like a tourist (which, let's face it, is nearly impossible when you're rocking a dad bod and a bucket hat).
My sons, Jaxon and Lukas, went wild over the array of beach toys and accessories. They found everything they needed to transform our beach day into a full-scale sandcastle engineering project. We left the store with two beach balls, a frisbee, and a newfound commitment to dominate the sandcastle competition.
Jaws Resortwear is the real deal for anyone looking to amp up their beach wardrobe or simply enjoy a shopping experience that’s as refreshing as a dip in the ocean. So if you’re in Surfside Beach and your vacation wardrobe needs a little boost, swing by Jaws Resortwear. It’s the place where fun, fashion, and affordability meet, and where you’ll walk out looking like a million sand dollars without spending nearly as much. Remember, life’s a beach, and at Jaws Resortwear, you’ll...

Read moreShop somewhere else! Extremely rude young girl as a sales clerk. Even for a tourist-kitschy place her behavior was awful. She was so rude to another family that they also left in an upset, purchasing nothing. Obviously this store can stand to lose business, it's in a prime location with an eye catching storefront. So, the likelihood is that the management will not be motivated to address her behavior. My strong suggestion is pick one of the many other places to go for your souvenirs. If you have a child with you this is even more so. Positive adult interactions are not modeled by the staff at this store. Drive a few more blocks down the road and pick somewhere else to stop. There's a shop on Surfside pier that does have a much smaller selection, but they do have a good range of souvenirs to purchase there. The staff at the Surfside pier shop is not only courteous, they are downright friendly. If you go to the Surfside pier and shop, you'll leave feeling very positive about...
