Been following this places facebook page for a bit and decided we would try it on vacation. A metric ton of places never live up to the hype, especially in a touristy area. This place is a rarity. It was honestly even better than people made it out to be.
In fact, maybe the locals don't want people to know how good this place is. 😂😂
My family enjoyed everything. The food. The staff. The prices too. We all ate whatever we wanted, 7 of us, and the bill was less than $120.
I honestly cant believe how good that food was, for the prices. You will pay $5-10 more at a chain place for way worse food.
Hands down one of my favorite burgers of all time. I have had a crazy delicious Wolfgang Puck Burger in Vegas, and the farmhouse burger at The Grumpy Mustache is very on par.
My dad is older and doesn't each much anymore. He got the Steak Salad. It was huge. He ate the entire thing. Exclaiming he couldn't stop eating it because it was the best salad he has had in a long time.
My mom, not a huge "meat" fan. Got an Italian Sub, because she thought that was a safe choice. The sub came and was huge. When places say they "stuff" subs, they are usually full of it. Not here, it was seriously huge. My mom stated how good it was and she will have to come back just for that sandwich. She even had a bite of my dads salad and stated "thats dangerous. That salad could make me like meat!"
My daughter had sliders. Devoured them. My wife Nachos. Stated they were awesome.
The mustaches for everyone. The polaroids. The staff and the owner. All awesome. Seriously, if I lived in MB we would be here, eating, at least weekly. The Grumpy Mustache is now on our list of must eats when we visit a few times a year, and it should...

Read moreThis place! Wow. Just fantastic. It's not fancy, decor is isn't much to gawk at...but the food! Truly great stuff. I had the burger with peanut butter...yeah...and bacon, habanero jam. Like nothing I've ever had before, and DELICIOUS. Wife had the black and bleu burger, "yummy!!" Chicken cordon bleu egg rolls? Yup, and they were so good. Homemade french onion soup, wife says " mighty good. Really delicious" with a big smile on her face. We are food snobs, eat at places like Franks and Austin's, so we can be hard to impress, but they did it. I will be back and craving this place. Also, our waiter (who himself had quite a fancy mustache) was really nice, and attentive. He made the experience a great one. On the night we went there was live music by James Hood. Good stuff, wasn't too loud. He played really well, had a great voice, and did some classics and newer stuff. The whole dinner experience was just spectacular. Go there, see for yourself. These are the little jem's we need to keep supporting so they stay around. You WILL NOT be disappointed, I can...
