Radcliff Center - City of Garden City — Local services in Garden City

The Radcliffe Community Center was newly renovated and just had its grand opening. I had plans to go there with my friends and family to the most obvious place in there Teen Tech/ spaceport, I unfortunately figured out that only way to get in is if you are 8 - 15 years old which is a very specific age restriction that allows none of my friends or family entrance I know to be able to get in. Just like Teen Tech/Spaceport lots of other rooms have very specific age restrictions that are inconvenient for most people that want to enter with their friends and family. When we asked the person at the front desk if she knew about the restrictions she had no idea, then when we were walking out due to nothing else being opened yet two of the employees made rude comments about us while we were walking out. I will not suggest people come here, and I will not bring my friends or family back and I will find a better place to...

I guess this used to be the high school for Garden City.

Now it's kind of a recreational/outreach center.

There is a good senior workout center.

A pool table room.

Some sort of computer lab.

Every so often they have a used book sale.

The also have quite a collection of larger houseplants, some that are the biggest you've seen.

Recommended if you live in the city.
