I called this place to make an appointment for my daughter's hair cut and a perm. I exchanged numbers with "Tommy" and had ask him if he could cut my daughter's hair and style it exactly like one of the pictures he had supposedly posted on instagram. It was a simple question, with a YES or NO answer. Tommy says "oh yeah I can...", "uh huh...", "I can do for you..." of course I believed him and asked him how much? Tommy says "$220." I went ahead and booked the appointment the next day at noon. When my wife and daughter arrived at the salon, he tried to change the price to $420, while trying to explain what "real" or "fake" perms are, and the reason for the price hike. I'm not a hair stylist expert, as all I wanted was to have my daughter's hair to be cut and to be styled like the picture. If I had paid more attention to some of the other negative reviews, I would not have dropped off my wife and daughter at this establishment. Stay away from this place and dishonest ppl like "Tommy." Not sure what bleach was used on my hair but prior to the visit, my hair was still healthy and not as dry. But after getting bleached here, my hair texture has not been the same. I got my roots bleached a couple months ago and they got bleach on my clothes (so it's ruined) but my hair was also ruined. I asked when I walked in if I can have it bleached and toned to a sort of grey so not yellow. After bleaching 2x then trying to "tone", it ends up being yellow and he says the best they can do is this tone because it was shop closing time soon. I had no say on it and got in my car and cried because I hated it. I ended up going to another hair stylist to fix the hair and just dying everything brown because my hair was too damaged from this experience. Prior to this, I only bleached my hair 2x with 6 months in between so my hair shouldn't be so dry. But it was so bad and my 35 dollar shirt was ruined because they spilled bleach on my back. Amazing hair salon! I’ve been here a few times but would always get different stylists. I’m really bad at making hair appointments and would just stop by whenever I’m in the mood for a new style. My hair was too long and was really dry and damaged from bleaching it. I came in and Peter was available. I asked him for a really short haircut but he didn’t think it was the best style for me. He spent about 30 minutes trying to save my hair by conditioning it. In the end, I was able to have a medium cut and my hair looked so fresh and healthy. My hair color even looked newly done.
