I came to this place for the first time after living here in the area for 7 years. I wasn’t aware of it. I became aware of it today with a t mobile Tuesday deal I got a $20 coupon of discounts for local restaurants from Dining Advantage by entertainment. So after getting the deal and browsing the near by options o chose this one. To my surprise I obtained off the bat rude service from Jessica who is the one taking the orders. She is also the one that you greet at the window. I told her that I had a coupon and she immediately turned it down without even taking a look at it. I mean who knows the boss might have had a promo or he might have signed up for something that he doesn’t remember. I said okay may I speak to your manager and she said no he’s not here. Then she says that she can call him which she did and he (Saul-supposed owner/manager) says no We don’t have any coupons. I say okay what is the total so I can pay and be in my way. I said I will just submit a review. I could have left without my order or paying. But that’s not who I am.

I just had to share the review due to the bad customer service. This girl acts mad without countering you she speaks with a mad voice. I would have visited this place again if the service was any good. But I wouldn’t be surprised if that girl Jessica herself isn’t driving customers away. Yes, I would have been back regardless of not being able to use the coupon. I drive to Tam’s in Compton for the best chili cheese fries and burgers I guess I’ll...

….THIS CREEPY GUYs …..The Creepy guy that take orders in the drive through was asking all this questions to my wife i was parked at the first parking spot (we went in 2 cars) listening to this guy asking my wife what she’s been up to of she had any vacations lately what did she do in her vacations and personal stuff trying to give his phone number to her and then i ask him what was that about and he said he didn’t do anything and then i told him i heard you asking her all that and even my wife told me he was trying to give her his number and been asking questions about her not about the purchase or the food and then he said ok you got me but I treat everyone the same and i told him i been here before and you never asked me anything about me so then he said i do that to most of the people and then i said you just said everyone and the he said ok you got me on that one i told him that wasn’t right someone will do a crazy things for what he did he never apologized not even when everyone inside heard me the owner was there and he never apologized either he was just there acting like he was busy but he heard... im not the jealous type but he was way over his head trying to get at married women with kids .. be careful avoid this creepy guy and even worse the food...

I have visited this locations many times, atleast once a month. And generally like the service and the food! On this particular visit(9/22/21), things were tremendously quite the opposite. From getting my order wrong to the cookig of my food! I ordered 2 ground beef hard shell tacos, a chicken hand shell taco, tortilla chips and onion rings! My order was taken wrong, however. And I got 2 carne asada tacos, instead of ground beef. And the meet wasn't tender at all and had a lot of unrendered fat. The chicken taco contained fat and gristle. However, when not occasionally biting into gristle it was alright. Not my favorite, but alright! The tortilla chips tasted old and like they had been cooked in old oil.as well as their appearance! The onion rings were differently cooked in old unclean oil and were extrmely greasy! This visit clearly makes me second guess my previous take on them. Going from a solid 4.5 stars to 1.5 atars,...
