Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Los Angeles

Got there 20 mins before closing on xmas eve was in a rush so I ran out the house in full construction fresh out of work cloths as I got to the door the security was walking to stop me from entering and proceeds to ask me if I was trying to use the restroom. Where I said no why did u ask me that because the way I'm dressed. Was in such a frenzy to grab a couple of last minute gifts from one of my favorite places to shop that I sincd I shopped until closing I never got to tend to the business of getting profiled as someone homeless especially after clearing a ticket of nearly 209 dollars worth of merchandise that was all paid for both returns no questions about the products and no drama. So I would not recommend this store if u go there in dirty work attire because u will get profiled as someone homeless and attempt will be made for u not to enter which if ur like myself and take kik w pride in the fact that u dont steal try to swap tags or any other gimmick when I go to spend my money will feel somewhat insulted... no scratch that not somewhat but entirely taken back with such a crapot insult if my integrity and character. I hate to leave this bad review because this is my go to ross for any last minute outfits and because employees are so welcoming and helpful including the loss prevention team. Couples of weeks ago i went in after work tired i needed a matching handbag and i asked one of the employees that passed by for advice as i was undecided which one was better and as soon as i talked to her in Spanish her attitude shifted right away i let it go cause she was probably tired herself etc And few days later i go in looking for an outfit for my dog and she was organizing the area i politely said "excuse me" and she gave me a stank eye so I said "compermiso" in Spanish and she rolled her eyes and mumbled something so i proceeded to say "excuse me did you say something?" And again she roller her eyes and walked away. I believe her name is mariane or mariana not sure because another employee called her name. She is very rude and seems to always have a negative face and attitude makes me feel really uncomfortable and after those encounters I avoid coming to this ross because all the other employees are beyond welcoming and always have a smile...

Visited this store today and found some really cute pants on the clearance with a clearance tag on them. I go to check out and the cashier which was the store manager rung me up. I get home and take a look at the pants and noticed that the clearance sticker was gone, I than looked at the receipt and see I was charged $20 for pants that were on the clearance rack with a clearance tag. I called the store and I was transferred to the store manager who rung me up and stated the problem and she says “oh my bad I was helping you out they were mistagged”. If the item was mistagged why wasn’t I aware of that before purchasing the item. She removed the clearance sticker and said nothing about the item being mislabeled. She told me to bring the item back and I’ll get a refund. I’m not too sure who made her the store manager if she’s not even communicating issues within the store she’s supposed to be running. It’s very inconsiderate that I have to utilize my gas and drive 30 mins back to a store for an issue that should have been addressed right...
