This is the third time I've been to this Sonic and my experience keeps getting worse. The people who work here should be fired and a whole new crew brought in. I'd hate to see it close because I do like the food. I pulled up at about 9:30p and pulled into stall 6. I pressed the button to order and it blinked a few times then went solid red and the speaker clicked and then the button and speaker turned off. Obviously someone answered. I hit the button 3 more times with the same thing occurring each time. As soon as the button went solid red I started asking if it was drive thru only and I get no response so, I pulled into stall 7 and pressed the button. I get the same thing. Button goes solid red and the speaker clicks but nobody ever says anything. Again, I do this about 3 times. While sitting in stall 7 I see a man, looks like he's in his late 30's to early 40's, walk from inside the store to the drive thru speaker. On his way back inside I stopped him to tell him that I believed there was a problem with the speaker in stall 6. He then informs me that only stalls 1-3 are open along with the drive thru because they are slow and it costs too much money to run the rest of the stalls when they are slow like this. I mentioned something about chaining off the stalls that were unavailable to let any other customers know they were closed. I pull around the building to stall 1 and wouldn't you know the screen is totally dark. There has been a car in stall 2 the entire time I've been there and now stall 3 is occupied as well. I wait for stall 2 to become available and move to stall 2. I place my order and am told it will be out to me shortly. No total. No order on the screen. Nothing. So, I hit the button again to ask for the total. The man answers and tells me the total he then proceeded to keep his headset on to listen to what we have to say in the car and to keep me from pressing the button again. By the time the food came out there were cars in stalls 4, 6, and 7. The vehicles in stalls 4, 6, and 7 have now gotton to order(I thought those stalls were closed).The kid (late teens early 20's), who brought the food out, takes it to stall 4 then bring it to me in stall 2 and tells me it will be just a minute for him to get my change. I take the food out of the bag its in and it looks so thrown around its unreal. This last time, I ordered online and my husband picked up the food. He brought it to their attention that 2 large fries were missing. Apparently an employee told him to check the bag to make sure he didn't miss it, he handed them the bag to check. Of course, as he said, no fries! They didnt offer an apology or nothing. He brought the food back home and it was still wrong! I ordered a peach slushy with blue popping pearls added(which is an extra charge), i got a blue slushy w/o any popping pearls. The order of fries, still WRONG! They lack good customer service. Just expect for your food to be wrong & expect for them to make it seem like they cant make a mistake. If I'm paying my money I do not want cold food it's early in the morning my food shouldn't be cold. I asked the manager to remake my food he got a whole attitude and my food was still cold !!!!!!
