Rent-A-Center — Local services in Garfield Heights

This rent a center is the worst rent a center , I recommend not buying anything from them , they are shady and the guys working there are the worst employees out of the past 3 years I've been a customer there , I absolutely hate them and u probably would too , you should go to a different one or Aaron's .... I will never buy anything from them ever ever again , if u want bad customer service , shady workers , to be charged more than what the price u agreed on , to be talked to rudely , and have an overall bad experience then go here but if not stay far away as possible :) they call you first thing in the morning the day your payment is due , they really don't even give u til almost closing to get in to make your payment ..they keep calling and use different numbers to get ahold of you basically harrassing you , I absolutely am disgusted I bought anything from them and they furniture isn't good quality , I bought couches and within the first year they were sinking in ,& ripping and are so uncomfortable so I had to get new ones not from rent a center and they are absolutely great and comfortable , u would really be happy going...

First they brought the wrong stuff. They were cool about fixing the mistake. Now here comes the problem . Was told delivery from 12 to 2. It's now after 5 and still nothing but every time I call they say 30 minutes. Last time I called they said 15 minutes that was 40 minutes ago. I've tried being patient because they said they were down a truck. But this is just ridiculous if I didn't call them I wouldn't know a thing. The service is horrible. I would not recommend them at all. Praying the bring the right...

I don’t appreciate store employees coming to my door and banging on it after 7pm that is totally unacceptable. I have a door bell and I had already answered the door and kindly asked for them to wait for my to get my cards to make the payment. If it happens again i will be terminating...
