This business should be ashamed of the way they treat people :( to cast shame,pass judgment and to profile someone because they bought a ring they totally loved at a different store and you made them feel like it was a dime store ring( when it retails at 3 grand) because it was not bought at your store and she refused to take it back, get her money back and buy one from your store.. Not only did you make her feel like crap verbally, that not being enough you told her, her ring was " fit for a hillbilly " and then kicked her out of your store. You have zero class...You talk with such a vulgar mouth and call people names all because she came in with her ring to have you size it to fit her AS YOU ADVERTISE THAT YOU DO and you belittle her .. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOUR SELF AND YOUR BEHAVIOR... DO NOT SHOP HERE UNLESS U WANT TO BE CUSSED AT, CALLED NAMES AND TREATED LIKE A PIECE OF CRAP !!!!! Needless to say I will never ever recommend you to anyone EVER AGAIN ...HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE PERSON AND A CRAPPY HUMAN BEING YOU ARE VINCE ....this is from the customer who was in the store when this happened and left right behind this women .. I have some inexpensive jewelry that has GREAT family and sentimental value to me. It is old and at last, my ring and earring gave in to time of being worn and broke. I read reviews and asked my family to refer me to someone and decided to take my jewelry to be repaired. I was humiliated and embarrassed beyond belief when this store let me know” my jewelry was not real diamonds and “valuable” precious metal. Okay. I get it. It is merely sterling silver and semi precious stones but the need to make me feel less than worth your time and effort was hurtful and cruel. I will never set forth in such a callus and intensive business again and I realize it doesn’t matter to them … but it mattered to me. A simple referral to someone who actually cared or could help me would have been sufficient. No need to make me feel like a waste of his time in front of other customers. He was paid almost $400 to replace a diamond on my engagement ring that was my late mother-in-laws ring. It was in the family for almost 50yrs. Fast forward, my bff of 35 yrs/fiance was having a really rough time emotionally and financially and he went in to sell it. He was given $150 and then told "lay off the sauce"! Sooo he knew he was drinking and totally distraught and yet makes a deal with him?! I went in to ask to buy it back and explained the situation. He treated me like a leper! He refused to allow me to buy it back as he told me he wouldn't sell it to me! Unprofessional, cheap and judgemental are but a few adjectives for this guy!
