8-29-24 Purchased a Sony XAV-9500ES and speakers for my Mercedes Airstream Interstate RV. John was very helpful in outlining the options that led to the Sony purchase and installation was available the next week. The RV has the dedicated Sirius XM antenna, a Winegard mobile internet system and the CarPlay connections from two iPhones. In the first hour, conflicts developed with the iPhone CarPlay via Sony and the Winegard mobile system. This is where the John’s exceptional customer service began, supported by his 29 years of product knowledge. John was unbelievably patient and spent all-most 2 hours listening to the issues, customizing settings, testing, re-setting, and re-testing until the entire system worked for our multi device and system use connection structure. We have purchased a few things from Kurtz. However, one of the more complex purchases were speakers for an old boat. We had purchased what they had in stock that were technically the correct size but the dimensions for the hole in the boat mounting area were too big. They allowed us to return the speakers without any issue and spent almost an hour looking through different speaker brands to find something that would fit checking all of the various dimensions. They were on back order so we actually weren’t able to install them until this spring (we ordered last fall) because we are seasonal but they did fit and everything works perfectly! ...
