Writing this review is very difficult for me. Why? Because I got my iPhone X screen repaired here. Now, it clicks random buttons almost constantly - typing, deleting stuff, opening and switching apps and doing multiple actions on its own.

Trying to type anything is like riding a wild bronco. Have you ever been sitting there, not even touching your phone, when it suddenly opens your photos, selects one at random, and texts it to your boss? Or you’re trying to write a Facebook post - and it deletes the whole post, friend requests your ex, exits the app, and calls a spam phone number back - all within 5 seconds??

Of course, this problem began days after the strict 30-day warranty. I went here instead of my usual phone guys because they closed early that day - never again. It’s becoming unbearable, so I guess I’ve gotta get it replaced even though it hasn’t broken! Would’ve saved money and a LOT of headache by skipping food deliveries that night (which is why I fixed it ASAP) and getting it fixed at my main place that next day.

Edit: my main place was - and will remain - Fone Cell Phone Repair just down the street, at NW Hwy and Jupiter. They’ve never done me wrong. They stand by their work, regardless of how much time has passed; one time, a screen they installed popped off (no cracks), and they immediately put a new one on for free!

Edit 2: excuse me? You’ve “never seen me”? All you see is my screen name, how can you even tell? I can upload a pic of my receipt if that helps. You’re rude and unhelpful; accusing me of lying basically, wow. Also, I think you and your brother don’t communicate very well - I communicated via text (on my backup phone) about getting my iPhone X repaired, and then I went to the store and got it “fixed.” The man at the the shop didn’t recall speaking with me, and said I must’ve talked to his brother. Later, I got text replies from the original person, saying I went to the wrong shop/never showed up - I explained that I did, and confirmed I had gone to A2Z Wireless on Saturn.

So don’t say you’ve “never seen me” based on a freaking username, especially when your shop can’t keep track of who came in on one particular night - much less a night months ago.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I came here often to get my phone and other devices fixed, this last year alone I've spent around $500 or more at this store so you'll think they give me better customer support but nope they have no integrity. The last time I brought my iphone here to get the screen fixed by Salvador my antenna was damaged in the process, I didnt realize it until I tried to turn my bluetooth and wifi on but they were greyed out. I contacted apple who walked my through different processes in an attempt to fix it but to no avail nothing worked. I was told by apple it was an internal damage caused by the process of fixing my screen. I took back up here and Salvador pretty much told me I was lying and he needed proof I got it fixed here. WHAT?? My guy I come here all the time to you the same person and you never give me a receipt because you have no machine you literally take cash but this last time I played Zelle and I will be contacting my bank and never doing business with this...

-Awful quality, sketchy place, may break your phone- I brought my Iphone 4 in to have the screen replaced a couple hours before they closed and the only employee there said he had other plans but he would try to help me as fast as he could. He finished in 15 min, and I charged my phone on the way home. That was the first time it ever got extremely over-heated to the point that I couldn't touch my phone without burning myself. The camera app no longer worked, the screen glitched and didn't respond to my touch anymore. I went back to have him fix it and he said all my problems had nothing to do with the screen replacement even though it obviously only happened moments after it got replaced..? Anyway it's mostly okay now except the flash on the camera doesn't work and there are a few permanent brighter spots and dimmer spots on my screen. The battery usage symbol in the corner, in fact is now hardly able to be seen because it's so bright now. Other than...
