El Taco Taco — Restaurant in Garland

After driving past this restaurant countless times, I finally decided to stop in for some tacos. It was usually empty, but tonight felt like the perfect time to give it a try. I ordered 8 tacos (4 fajita and 4 cachete), all served with homemade tortillas. I expected the usual taco size, but I was pleasantly surprised – these were much bigger than anticipated, as the pictures would show! The flavor was amazing, and I thoroughly enjoyed every bite. I have tried to find tacos closer to where I live, and they just simply don't compare. I love this place. I don't find anyone else serving their tacos with pineapple slices, or radish slices. I love how I never know which one I'm going to get, genuinely. The handmade tortillas beat any other corn tortillas I've had anywhere else, being someone who can only eat gluten free these tortillas are saving my life. Came here because of a tiktok review. Place is small but it does get busy. Came in and ordered a torta and tacos. I've eaten several Mexican places and the fajita at this place tasted different, not in a bad way but different. I ordered the fajita torta, a taco de cachete (cheek) and chivo (goat).
