Was disappointed for the first time ever in my trip to the Brighton Store at Firewheel Town Center in Garland (TX) tonight. Spent $40 + tax on a key fob for a birthday gift for my daughter and asked how much I could purchase one of those heart shaped tins for to put it in (I explained it was a gift) and was told those weren't available for my purchase. Really ????? Here's my opinion: Brighton's stuff is not cheap and I'm fairly certain Brighton doesn't have to pay much for those tins to begin with...is it really worth running off a customer over? She (Teresa) then told me that the little cardboard box was what came with my purchase and she proceeded to put the fob in there and it was too big for one end to close so it protruded out one end. I will remember that trip. Brighton employees always act so eager to offer water and cookies to seem all customer service oriented but what would have made a better impression on me would have been a small concession like a tin that I asked for. Right after she said I couldn't have a tin she offered me a water to take with me !!! HOW...

Read moreI dont recomend Brighton to change your battery from your watches. I turned mine in and when i got it back the watch wasnt working and it was scratched from the glass. If you want to trust them i highly recomend that you check your watches before and after...
