I recently had the pleasure of visiting the store, where I was assisted by Megan, who provided exceptional service, demonstrating kindness, patience, and a customer-focused approach. Unfortunately, when Megan encountered a technical issue with the receipt printer and sought assistance from her team lead, the lead's behavior was unprofessional and disappointing. The lead responded rudely, and displaying a lack of support in front of customers. The lead then neglected to assist with the growing line of customers, instead walking away wearing headphones and leaving Megan to manage the situation alone. This behavior was unacceptable and reflected poorly on the team and the store. Again, Megan's outstanding customer service, patience, and positive attitude deserve to be recognized. Thank you Megan for being so positive and not allowing your team lead poor...

Firewheel location. The dressing room is always disgusting. I visit here often everytime I visit the dressing room is terrible. On my last visit I was returning an item and mentioned to the manager about the conditions of the dressing rooms and how there is always those undergarment stickers on the walls . Well just so happen after my return I shopped and had to try on my items. And look what I found not only in my dressing room but on the mail floor. I also cam is last wkend and there was still sticky stuff on the floor. And it's dirty everywhere....

I would NOT recommend this location. I was shopping while I walked past what I assume was the manager raving over how she can’t wait to get drunk after she clocks out. This is not the first bad experience I’ve had here. Another time, the same manager made a racist comment about hijabs. Stating that “there’s so many of them here today” it was a rainy day and there were a lot of people out shopping. These racist comments are not OKAY and should not be tolerated.
