This past weekend, I thought I was doing the right thing by pre-ordering 11 pizzas for my daughters 16th birthday 5 hours in advance. Initially was going to pickup but we selected delivery for 9pm. At 9:45 pm, I contacted daughter and asked if the pizzas arrived and was told NO. I immediately called and spoke to the "manager" - Julia When asking Julia about my pizzas I asked her why was it almost 10pm and we had not received - She said you ordered on line and Doordash should deliver - Something about I need to go through online and app?? I have no idea what she was referring to and honestly what she was saying since she didn't make sense. I had to repeat myself a few times to explain, I ordered on your website and there was NO indications that I would have to go through Doordash or any other app to correspond my delivery. I told her she should have my 11 pizzas ready so I can swing by and pick up - Julia said NO - I will refund your money? You would rather refund me $124 dollars instead of making it right and I'll pick up my pizzas? Yes - Julia replied.
P.S around 15 minutes later - a Grubhub delivery driver called me and was at Cici's - I explained to him what happened and he personally asked the manager if she was going to make the pizzas and fill the order - She said no - He felt horrible and apologized for the delay. I told him the order was for 9pm not 10pm (he did confirm that he just received the order).
Don't get me started where it went from there!
Worse management and service ever! The said thing is, I was one of the original Cici's employees when they arrived to Texas on Abrams and NW HWY - What an embarrassment to this franchise. Invest in quality managers and employees and take care of your paying consumers -...
Read moreI like these place, we had been coming here for a while and it's a nice place they have pizzas ready for everyone but if you're looking for something special you can order it you're on way. Prices are going high like everywhere else 11 years and under its one price not sure how much but I think it's $5 + and I think 12 and up it's $7+ we payed $49.+ on 3 adults and 3 kids. So I'm giving the 4 stars due to the prices because my 3 years old only eats 1 pizza slide and a bow of pasta and my 7 years old eats 3 slices also my 10 years old 3 slices and not more maybe sometimes some pasta so if you're kiddos are not good eaters like mine then these may not be the place for them, today we were already parked in the parking lot and remembered that the prices were high so we decided to go buy pizzas from somewhere else and didn't even finish our 3 pizzas. In conclusion yes I recommend these place it's still a cheap buffet and good pizza its just not for my kids because they all 4 including my teenage can get full...
Read moreVery very disappointed in the chat service I received from the manager and the staff about a pizza that they offer online which comes with tomatoes but once I said that I didn’t have tomatoes the manager argued with me that it didn’t come with tomatoes so I went online to show her that it does in fact comes with tomatoes she continued to say they don’t cook with tomatoes. I told her twice I have ordered the same pizza from that exact location and I did in fact have tomatoes then after 10 mins she offered to our tomatoes on it but at that point I was not willing to wait for a pizza especially being that my other pizza was getting cold. And I was indirectly called a liar cause have had the pizzas from this exact location with tomatoes. If Cici don’t offer pizzas with tomatoes than it should be taken off line. I won’t be visiting a location that calls me a liar indirectly not make me feel like I’m delusional. And I’m still wanting my money back for the order because the staff...
