francesca's — Local services in Garland

I’ve shopped at other Francesca’s particularly the Plano/Frisco area and this store had meager pickings with some of the weirdest employees I’ve encountered. As soon as I entered I was stared out throughout my entire shopping experience by the blonde chick with short hair. I have never been made to feel so uncomfortable as this girl made me feel. Unfortunately I was with my mom and grandma, but I most definitely would have gone off had that not been the case because it was that constant of staring. I’ve never had this experience with other stores or other companies, so not sure if she thought I was going to steal or what, but seriously the fact that even after I looked up at her and she stared was so weird. If your a minority, definitely skip this store, not sure what that girls problem was, nor did I care for the fake attempt at being nice at the register. The other girl working at the time was fine and did not make me feel uncomfortable at all, she just did her job. So again, not sure what this blonde chicks problem was but clearly she doesn’t have any social awareness on staring for long...

Store is a little hard to find but worth the visit. Store is smaller than some other francesca's locations and selection limited but they do have some really unique items and the prices are very good. The employees were friendly and helpful but not until I spoke first. That's a little bit of a turn-off after walking around in a small uncrowded store for over 5 minutes right in front of them and not being greeted. Tip to the workers: Greet customers when they walk in and acknowledge their presence. It's just good manners. But I like the store and...

It is no surprise how Francesca's has been open for so long. Adilene, the store manager, has been energetic the entire time.

Very attentive staff, full of energy, and always helpful. There hasn't been a single day when visiting that we aren't greeted with a smile and a rundown of all the deals.

Will be here again! Amazing energy, diverse selection, and the positive attitude go amazingly...
