I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Pandora today was extremely disappointing. I went into Firewheel's Pandora location today to ask them if I could have one of my broken charms replaced after it had snapped in half. Despite Pandora's website claiming that the company offers a 1-year warranty and guarantees replacements (or at least some kind of compensation) for broken items, the manager Michelle refused to honor this.
Despite this disappointment, I decided to stick around in the store and request that my Pandora charm bracelet be cleaned to make the most out of my visit. I asked the staff at around 7:40 PM (!) if they could clean my bracelet for me (a service that's supposed to be complimentary), but Michelle stepped in and claimed that cleaning services were unavailable because the store was shutting down for the night. Totally understandable, right? However, my friend asked Michelle, "But you're not closing yet, right?" and then Michelle responded "We close at 9."
The store was 1 hour and 20 minutes away from their scheduled closing time. I have NO IDEA why the staff was closing their store nearly an hour and a half before scheduled, and even LESS of a clue why they wouldn't clean my bracelet with so much time left in their day. Mind you, the store was completely empty aside from myself and my two friends, and the staff didn't seem burdened with other time-sensitive tasks.
My experience at this Pandora, and particularly with their manager Michelle, was nothing short of disappointing. I completely understand not offering services when you're near your closing time, but there's no excuse (other than incompetence) to refuse to service your guests while you have more than an hour left in your business hours. Read morethis location is awful DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. i went in for a chain and to have a charm engraved, not only was Michelle N rude and unhelpful but the store’s machine didn’t work and my charm had scratches everywhere. my first attempt on engraving the charm was handwritten, a pretty decent size and written within the perimeters. the machine had completely FLIPPED OVER my charm and was writing everything all over the place. they let me redo it again and recommended i used the text setting, which completely ruined the whole purpose of coming in, where i wanted to hand write something but after seeing what happened i settled. i saw the worker pull out another charm from the drawer, where it was completely scratched up. even after using the text setting the charm FLIPPED OVER ONCE AGAIN and looked NOTHING like what was shown. it is completely illegible and looks like chicken scratch, and there is suppose to be a heart written on it????? only after i spent my money and wasted my time the worker THEN AFTER informed me that they have been having problems with the machine, why sell me something that you knew didn’t work?? and people were unhappy with???? i’m upset i wasn’t informed of the issues they had beforehand and how i couldn’t refund this scam. i will never be returning and i hope the worker is retrained thoroughly on customer service and letting them know of any precautions before they spend...
Read moreWent in about 10 days ago from Christmas and was there for 1Hour - whilst I was waiting there; there was 1 EMPLOYEE helping a family of 5 and told the other 5 people including me that there was other employees in the back. The 2 EMPLOYEES that was in the back; what I assume was the manager came out and said “sign in on the waitlist” we all signed in and when they decided to come out 15 mins later; they helped me BUT THEN over charged me for a 60$ ring - they charged me for an 80$ ring which was a bigger stone size than the 60$ ring. Fast forward to today 12/27/24 and the pandora employee at the galleria mall (go there) told me they gave me the smaller stone size (which was the 60$ ring) but charged me for the 80$ size ring… I was then reimbursed by the galleria employee (thankfully) but the manager was rude and unhelpful at the firewheel location. She acted like all the customers were imposing on her time and hated her job. The person before me in the queue at the firewheel location checked out before me even though I was first in line. She acted like it was an obligation to help me and hated helping me. Whoever owns this location do better. No reason I should’ve been over charged and had to be told by another location that I was scammed essentially. How do you over charge me and give me the smaller stone size than what I bought?...
