I went to the WHBM Firewheel Town Center location to pick-up a dress I ordered online and after trying it on realized it did not fit correctly. Maha and Bridget were very helpful with showing me other options. WHBM is my go to place when I need a dress for a special occasion, update my work wardrobe or add to my weekend attire. I have not been in person in a several years due to moving out of state and COVID. My first in store visit in Dallas was at the Preston Oaks Center location and it was the worst experience ever! I was there to return a dress that I bought online that was too big, buy a dress for my nephew's wedding and try on some new styles, however no one really wanted to help me and I was treated like I did not belong in the store. I needed to get a dress so I wandered around the store trying to find options with little to no help. At one point I lost my dressing room and had to ask for another one. It was an awful experience and I really thought I would never purchase from WHBM again. Then I was invited to the bridal shower and needed another dress--so I thought I would look online and try my luck again at finding one that would work. To get the dress in time I had to pick it up at the Firewheel Town Center location in Garland. I was a little scared to go back in a WHBM store again however I took a chance and this experience was MUCH better! Even though I did not end up buying the dress I ordered online or any of the ones I tried on Maha and Bridget were helpful, gracious and made it any enjoyable experience. They renewed my faith and trust in WHBM and I will definitely return to the Firewheel Town Center location...

I agreed I would check in case it fell when I tried things on with bottoms I own at home. Staff would not return the top. I asked whether I might have bought it that way. Staff said it was not possible. I expressed dissatisfaction that I am willing to consider the possibility that I may have left a piece behind (returned multiple items), but that staff thought it was simply not possible that they could have made a mistake.
