I had an amazing experience at Crossroads Ink! From the moment I walked in, Matt was professional yet laid-back — super clean shop, friendly staff, and an atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease.

Matt really took the time to understand what I wanted and helped fine-tune the design to make it even better than I imagined. Their attention to detail, steady hand, and creative eye were top-notch. You can tell he truly cares about his craft and his clients.

The whole process was smooth — from the consultation to the tattooing itself to the aftercare instructions. I felt comfortable the entire time, and the end result was incredible. Crisp lines, vibrant color, and beautiful shading that still looks fresh weeks later.
