I took my dad in to get a new phone that he had ordered..Come to find out that they " hooked him up with a new Google pixel for over $1000 ..Shame on you all for trying to line ur pockets while selling over priced phones to seniors who think they hafta upgrade every time there is an issue with their phones !! Ppl come in here on fixed incomes and u make them think that issues can't be fixed and the only thing they can do is order brand new over priced phones !!! My dad travels to other towns and his service doesn't work, so they say hey, buy a NEW PHONE..🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️RIDICULOUS!!!! ABSOLUTELY ‼️ 💯 RIDICULOUS!!! YOU CAN BUY A SAMSUNG GALAXY AT WALMART THRU BOOST ON SALE FOR $34 RITE NOW WITH PAYMENTS OF 25 - $35 A MONTH..INSTEAD YOUR SENIOR FAMILY MEMBER IS PAYING OVER $100 A MONTH FOR IT NOT TO WORK IN CONVERSE OR SURROUNDING TOWNS..WHY ??? IF I COULD GIVE THIS A NO 🌟 STAR RATING I WOULD !! AND THAT IS NOT EVEN COUNTING THE STAFF SERVICE. 😳 FOR STARTERS WE CAME IN AND IT TOOK A WHILE FOR THE YOUNG GIRL TO EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE THERE WERE CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE..MY DAD HAS HAD TO TALK TO SEVERAL DIFFERENT REPS OVER THE PAST WEEK ABOUT THE ORDERED PHONE AND THE PHONE NOR MY DAD AS A CUSTOMER IS NOT EVEN SHOWING IN THEIR SYSTEM..THE GIRL HAS MADE SEVERAL CALLS TO OTHER REPS BECAUSE SHE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT SHE IS DOING AND THEY WANT TO CHARGE HIM AGAIN TO EVEN SET THE PHONE UP..I AM NOW SITTING IN THE CAR UPSET THAT THEY ARE DOING ALL THIS TO MY DAD..TALKING TO OTHER PISSED OFF CUSTOMERS WHO FEEL THE SAME WAY ABOUT HOW THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS ARE BEING TAKEN BY PHONE COMPANIES.CUSTOMERS TRYING TO GO PAY THEIR LOVED ONES BILLS AND BEEN HERE FOR AN HOUR JUS WAITING TO PAY THEIR BILLS..THERE NEEDS TO BE A RIGHTFUL PHONE COMPANY FOR ELDERLY AND NOT KNOWING PEOPLE TO EXPLAIN THE BEST PHONES AND PLANS FOR THEIR NEEDS WITHOUT RIPPING THEM OFF ‼️💯 PERIOD..SO IM WRITING THIS REVIEW TO WARN OTHER PEOPLE..IF U HAVE MONEY AND WANT TO GET THE NEWEST PHONE, GOOD FOR YOU AND 👍..BUT FOR THOSE THAT DO NOT NEED THE NEWEST IT THING THAT COMES OUT OTHER OPTIONS SHOULD BE KNOWN AND GIVEN TO PEOPLE..SHAME ON U PEOPLE ON WORRIED ABOUT GETTING SALES COMMISSION AND TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE 💯‼️KARMA...I HOPE IT WAS WORTH IT TO U PEOPLE TO SCREW...

He’s always very professional, helpful, honest and up front about all charges and fees if any that I will be charged with either up front or on my next bill. A year ago when I switched from Sprint to Verizon he made the transition super easy and as stress free as possible for me. He talked me through everything from the very beginning to the end of all charges and got me the best deal he could, set everything up for me and we even had a little trouble with transferring my iCloud over and ultimately I had to make a whole new account and he sat and helped very patiently and made sure everything was up running and perfect before I walked out the door. He always goes out of his way and above and beyond helping and making sure your experience is good and the least painful mentally and financially. My husband and I WILL NOT go to anybody else besides Ryan! In our opinion he’s the best there is and truly treats us and makes us feel like family every time we come in.
