The ONLY reason I’m giving one star is because I can’t give 0. This place is terrible, they stole the TV. Not only did they steal the TV, they stole the deposit I paid when I dropped the TV off. Dropped off a TV here that wouldn’t cut on, paid the required deposit and never heard back from anyone. I even told you when I dropped it off that I understand it may not be able to be fixed, however, it was my brothers and it was the last thing my dad bought him before he died so I wanted to drop it off and see. Tried to call multiple times, every time he answered the phone he’d say “I’m out on a business run right now, I’ll return your call when I get back to the store.” I’ve tried to go up there multiple times during business hours, no one’s there the door is locked. Do yourself a favor and take your TV elsewhere, you might not get it back from these people! If I have anything to do with it he’ll have a charge for theft. This happened 3 years ago, I called every week for a year and half with no luck. Like I said before, if it were up to me I would have called the police but it was my brothers TV and he said not to, your karma will come back! DO NOT let these people...

I dropped my tv off at your place of business on August 17,2022 at approximately 1:00 p.m. with a $50 deposit. You then told me if I did not hear back from you within two to five days for me to contact you. I called you on August 25, 2022 you answered your phone, I then asked were you able to look at my tv your response was “yes” that it would cost more for me to fix it versus me purchasing a new one. I told you that I would pick my tv up on you told me to call you on Saturday so I could pick the tv up now you’re not answering your phone or returning calls. I didn’t hesitate giving you my $50 deposit now I’m having trouble getting in contact with you that’s bad business sir!!!!!!! This Man is very rude! Called to see if he could repair my TV of course he said yes to bring it. So we did so. He fell to tell that it was gonna be a 50.00 deposit. Then still couldn't tell us what was wrong or couldn't even give us a estimate on how much it would have cost to be fixed if he did fix it. All we wanted was to see how much it would cost after being fixed so we didn't leave our tv and then not having the funds to get it back. What flew all over me is THIS MAN and WHATEVER WOMAN that was there was very, very rude with the ugliest customer service. And for example while standing in there they was charging a man over 500.00 because how many days they had his TV plus the part they did order didn't work.
