Visited as a group of 4 on March 1st, around 7:45pm. Two employees were in the lobby and looked at us disappointingly as we walked towards the door. We were not greeted as we entered. The employee starting our sandwiches was continuously distracted by something out of the window. To the point where he would stare out of the window for a good 10 or 15 seconds before giving us his attention again, typically in the form of a blank stare. This happened at least 5 times throughout the ordering and checkout process.
Another employee walks in from the back, and disinterestedly asks us what we want on our sandwiches. My friend asks for spinach and lettuce. He proceeds to put an extra helping of both on the sandwich, much more than a typical serving. When she commented on it he replied "I can make it fit, I've worked here long enough" and while putting on the other toppings, snickers towards the other employee and asks in a snarky manner "How long have I worked here?".
The other employee checks us out, and charges my friend for all four of our sandwiches, despite us clearly telling him it was going to be three on one ticket and one on the other. When this was brought up, all he said was "My bad", continuing to stare out of the window, and not offering us any kind of resolution. Being frustrated with the store by this point, we decide to figure it out ourselves and leave. As we get back to our car, that same employee leaves the store, and meets someone at their car in the parking lot, which must have been the distraction outside of the window.

Read moreI recently visited this Subway location, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer service is not a priority here.
First off, the owner’s attitude was shockingly rude. Simple inquiries about their menu or current promotions were met with curt responses, making the entire experience uncomfortable. It’s one thing to have a bad day, but consistently treating customers poorly is unacceptable.
Speaking of promotions, this location refuses to accept Subway coupons and doesn’t honor the current $6.99 campaign for any sub that Subway is widely advertising. This was particularly frustrating, especially when other locations have no problem applying these deals. It feels like this owner is deliberately choosing to ignore corporate promotions, which is disappointing for loyal customers.
Moreover, online orders are not accepted, which is incredibly inconvenient, especially in an era where convenience is key. It’s as if this location is stuck in the past, unwilling to adapt to modern customer needs or even Subway’s own marketing strategies.
Lastly, the quality of the product itself leaves much to be desired. The ingredients did not seem fresh, and the sandwich was poorly assembled. It seems the owner does not care about the quality of the food being served, which only adds to the overall negative experience.

Read moreI don't know what happened to this restaurant since last year at this time. That's the last time I ate here and I left out of there saying that was the best Subway I've ever had!!!! Well something happened cuz today it was terrible the bread wasn't right,the meats didn't seem fresh as I'm used to getting, nor were the vegetables. Terrible sandwhich!!!!! I don't know if it's under new ownership or management but something's got to change I hope this was just a bad day for them and just a simple one off. And I'm not even getting into the hard time the young lady gave me about having to sign for just picking up my so called " convenient" In app order!!!
