I ordered food for me and my kids and two out of the three things that I ordered were incorrect. I ordered shrimp and broccoli with white rice. Instead they gave me shrimp and broccoli with fried rice. I also ordered cha cha shrimp with plain fried rice and they sent me pork fried rice. I don't eat pork. I called them to explain you sent me pork fried rice. When I selected plain fried rice. The woman on the phone had a nasty attitude. She hung up on me, didn't offer to correct it or fix it or anything. This is the worst service I've ever had in my entire life. I would never recommend anyone to eat here. I will be giving them a bad rating on any website that I can find. This is so unprofessional. She didn't listen to me when I was telling her my complaint. All she did was keep cutting me off to say oh you ordered special plain fried rice. It is just ridiculous. I don't recommend anyone eat here because they clearly don't care about People's health. If I was allergic to something and they put it in my food then what I would have just been dead. And clearly they don't care. At this point. I hope that this place shuts down. They do not deserve to still...
Read moreI shop at the BiLo on New Hope Road so stopped in there recently. The place is tiny with a few booths and not much atmosphere. But don't let that dissuade you from enjoying the food! I love Hot Sour Soup and have ordered it at SO many restaurants all over the USA. Now I think I'm an expert! HA! But I know what is good and what isn't. Their Hot and Sour soup is the heartiest, best tasting stuff I have put in my very selective palate! The only one that comes close in all my travels was Sun Thai in Las Vegas. I LOVE spicy food and this was so spicy I created a mix that works for me. I get the lunch menu Moo Goo Guy Pan and mix it with the quart of soup. They add fried Chinese noodles separately and for me, for $11 bucks, I get four great meals from this! The Moo Goo Guy Pan is very mild and comes with white rice. So it offsets the spicy. I'm hooked! This is now my weekly...
Read moreFood is good, but I had to order a few times to fully understand what I'm actually getting when I order something from this place. The pictures are misleading. They show the more expensive versions as having no rice in the container. The smaller portions come with rice. However, even when you pay for the larger portion with no rice option, they will only fill the container half way with the actual entree and cram the rest with hard rice that you didn't ask for or want. You definitely aren't getting what you pay for. That aside, the soups, wontons, and other items taste good. They are good about adding a spring roll with entrees without, again, asking if you even want it. Makes for waste. I'd look at other options before giving this place a go, if only because of the false advertising. I hope they stop this because they have potential to be...
