Was in dire need of a new upright freezer. Mine died in the worst time possible. I live in Hickory and went to every store that I knew of that sold freezers. Not one store could sell me one without ordering it. I had give up hope of saving my $1,000 worth of meat that was destine to spoil. Got on Facebook market place and saw Empire Liquidators add. Sent a message asked if he had an upright freezer. Within a minute he texted me back with pictures of everything he had. Then I asked what was his hours of operation. He said he was closed but lived close enough to the store that if I came on down he would open up and let me get the freezer I told him I wanted. Talk about customer service! He meet me there sold me the freezer with no additional charge for after hours and helped us load and strap it down for the ride back to Hickory.
