Hardee’s — Restaurant in Gastonia

This place is DISGUSTING !!! I just went threw the drive and the white girl with blonde hair decided to UNWRAP the biscuit that was already prepared and look through it then give it back to the customer , yet she didn't have on any gloves with her nasty azz !!'she messing with her hair and wiping her hands with her shirt and look unclean !! I'm reporting this to the BBB and the sanitary commission because this is gross ! Don't eat here unless you like hair in your food !!! BEWARE PLEASE I hope they shut this place down !!!!

UPDATE 7/28 I will NEVER come back here anymore I tried to give them another chance and messed sup my order AGAIN !! I ordered 2 steaks biscuits and the white manager guy took my orders and changed me the regular price for the biscuits and they are on sale for 2/5.00 and yet I was charged the full price I will be reporting this to the BBB AND NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN !!! Today i came through the drive thru and the cashier did not greet me just took my card and gave the drinks. We were the only car in the drive thru. After giving me my card back the cashier left the window open the whole entire time as she walked away and stood on her phone also conversating with the other employees about their personal business. One of them complaining about how she's leaving and going home. There were at least 2 employees standing there texting on their phones out in the open. I waited ten minutes in the drive thru until another car got behind us and we were asked to pull up because they "burnt" the burrito. Im currently sitting out front in the car for 20 mins now going on 30 and not one has come out or even attempted to apologize for the wait. The manager come out and gave food and didnt apologize or say anything at all. Very poor management, employment, and service. Edit* Oh and to top it all off, pink chicken parts in my chicken tenders and half frozen fries. I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. It needs to be shut down if thats that's how the management is. I would love to provide feedback: I pulled into the parking-lot while all of the employees were having a smoke break right by the main entrance, I awkwardly had to squeeze in-between one employee while she blew smoke straight up in the air and wafted her hand around at an attempt to dissipate it. I walked inside, ordered my food, and waited for 5 - 8 minutes before the person behind the counter said "aw shoot, we gave your order out the window, sorry." I waited as the person who was supposed to be making MY food answered her phone with gloves on, held her phone on her shoulder, carried on a conversation while removing the phone from her face to type a few texts (with the same dirty gloves on), and made 5 different drive-through orders. After I asked the person behind the counter again if I was going to get my food soon, she reminded the lady on the phone that she needed to make mine and she apologized, removed the phone from her face, typed a text, put it in her pocket, and started making my order - ALL with the same gloves on. I asked for a refund from the plain-clothed "Manager" who was on duty...
