I have always went here and got good products for all my 150 rental properties but whenever we ask for a stove and refrigerator to be delivered out to my residence for two days I have been lied to Tuesday of last week they were supposed to bring it out and then again today Thursday, January 18, 2024. They were supposed to bring it out between 2 and 6pm I have been awake since 8 o’clock this morning waiting just in case they came early Someone has been here all day so please don’t use the excuse. No one was here and you tried to deliver it like they were supposed to do they have not delivered my stove or my refrigerator. That good money was paid for they give us a time and neither time did they show up and I made sure to take time off work for two days And that way I can be here from the time that I woke up at 8 o’clock in the morning till the time they supposed of been here at 6 PM no one ever left this house and I am a little aggravated right now. I would like to know where my appliances are and if they are going to be delivered early in the morning Saturday morning for our dinner at 3 o’clock that day if not, then you need to give the money back so we can go find other because people to get appliances from. I will be there bright, and early 12 o’clock...

We bought a refrigerator close to closing time on a Saturday. They patiently waited for us, helped us load the payment app on our phone and promptly replaced a slightly damaged handle on the fridge. They then helped us try to load it on our enclosed trailer. The fridge was too big and the owner drove out to help. We couldn't make it work without laying it on its side. He then drove out to our house the same evening, over an hour away, to deliver for a very reasonable fee.
