Brought in two clubs (one bad, one good) to show them what grip style I prefer. The young guy replaced the grips on BOTH my clubs even though I told him I wanted one for the obvious destroyed one. Once I noticed, I told him to put the original back on, instead he put a cheaper grip on it and told me that he destroyed the original. I cannot get the original grip due to my clubs being discontinued, he never apologized, only LAUGHED when he realized he screwed up. My son purchased a Titleist driver for approximately $450.00 two months after the purchase the head broke off, he returned same, and they had it repaired. A few months later the same thing occurred. My son called and spoke with the owner, advising him that it had broke again !! They advised them their was nothing they could do, and he must be hitting it wrong.... Lol....
