Music 101 — Local services in Gearhart

When I first moved up here to Washington I was referred to Music 101 by at least 3 different people saying these guys were the best to help me with a very important, sentimental project. So my husband's grandmother wrote 2 songs and they are around the time of World War 1, so pretty old and no one in the family has heard these. I wanted to record them being played. I was told they'd work on it as a side thing and keep in touch. Well, it's been months and not one single phone call! The first month I was calling like every week but then I got working and prayed they'd call which they haven't. These pieces mean alot to my family in laws and I'd have paid a bunch of money just to get it done. Went years back, and they were incredibly rude, said they were open online, when I got there, they were in there, so we went inside, and he was very rude and said they were closed, even through they said they were open and the door was unlocked. I originally made a review years back when it happened, but it must have been deleted. Hoping that was a bad day, but the down right disrespectful, rude, unwelcoming behavior to a customer who had an intention of buying an instrument was unacceptable. My boyfriend was looking for a used guitar so we showed up when google said they were open but when I arrived they were closed with a note on the door saying call for service and I respectfully said "just wondering if you guys are open I'm here at the building and it says closed but online says open" and he proceeded to tell me he "doesn't care what it says online" but he was inside and we could speak so my boyfriend went in and was looking for strings or a guitar for under 500 and the guys said those are toys and made him feel like he should be playing guitar note that my boyfriend is 18 and not wanting to buy a guitar for 2000 dollars made finding a guitar...
