The old scaly bird working the front counter was beyond rude. We had a larger party and reserved the lanes ahead of time. Not everyone was bowling but everybody was buying pizza, drinks and other food items. She hounded everyone until she got paid even though she told us to get our shoes ahead of time because she didn’t feel like waiting on a big crowd all at once. I’m not sure what she thought we were going to do, bowl & dash??? There is no order in the way she does things and even as each person paid she refused to give a receipt to keep tally. I’m positive we were overcharged and her attitude was horrible from the very beginning even though we were nothing but nice. We don’t recommend this place for larger parties if you have to deal with her. She doesn’t have any customer service skills or people skills for...

We have been here several times, but our experience tonight was a horrible one. The woman working behind the counter was extremely rude, and hounded us all night. From bowling to game room. She followed us around and nagged on us about our every move. She even had the nerve to question us on who was the parent to the infant crawling around. She said "well he's just crawling around and I didn't see a parent", as 4 adults are right there! Yelled at all the kids for different reasons in the game room. Aren't the kids suppose to be able to have fun in a game room? Before bowling began we were patiently waiting for our entire group to arrive, this woman asked us what we were waiting for, and asked if they were on their way or even close. What does it matter? We paid for 8-11pm. Leave us alone!...

Just had a 40ish person Christmas party here. Everyone had an awesome time; I highly recommend as your next party location. Pizza is fantastic, we had pepperoni, sausage, taco, and supreme all were great and way better than any of your common franchise pizza restaurants. bowling was fun - has bumpers and roll ramps for the younger kids. Arcade was great, we bowled for 2 hours and then the kids played in the arcade for another 1.5hrs. Staff is one of the best parts- they are friendly and treated us like part of the family, easy to work with and glad to give any help that was needed.
