I got robbed of $319.99 by this place. Bought a product that didnât work, was told while buying the product by their employee âyou can return or exchange it no problem within 14 days if you donât use itâ. Obviously the product didnât work when I got home so I went to âreturnâ the product and the employee said âI donât know how to return this, come back another day when someone else is here.â I go back to find out I cannot return it yet again! I had my card in the chip reader to finally get my money back and it wasnât working. Employee calls the manager to figure out the situation and guess what?    Read moreThey sell defective disposable vapes (fifty bars) right out of the box it was dead. Tried charging & still nothing. This is the second defective vape I have gotten from them. When I asked to exchange it out (it was still in the box with everything) they made false claims about it being against federal law which is not true. It can be against store policy but it is not federally illegal. They wouldn't even reimburse for the defective product they sold me. They claim that they encourage trying it before leaving the store, yet they dont have any posted signs nor any verbal warnings. Now they tell me that... and there is nothing they can do. This is the shop I endorse and that matters đ . *Edit as of December of 2018 I am no longer spending any money at this location. One particular manager has zero professionalism. Accusations without any proof especially when she contacted a family member about me are unacceptable. If their security cameras work Melissa decided to falsely accuse before checking them. Spent thousands of dollars just to be disrespected by someone who clearly should not be managing.
