I got robbed of $319.99 by this place. Bought a product that didn’t work, was told while buying the product by their employee “you can return or exchange it no problem within 14 days if you don’t use it”. Obviously the product didn’t work when I got home so I went to ‘return’ the product and the employee said “I don’t know how to return this, come back another day when someone else is here.” I go back to find out I cannot return it yet again! I had my card in the chip reader to finally get my money back and it wasn’t working. Employee calls the manager to figure out the situation and guess what? I have to register my product, give the manufacturer tons of my personal information to send me ads for life just to find out even better news, The company’s return policy is “No returns on sales are permitted.” You guys are so very welcome for the money I don’t work hard for...

They sell defective disposable vapes (fifty bars) right out of the box it was dead. Tried charging & still nothing. This is the second defective vape I have gotten from them. When I asked to exchange it out (it was still in the box with everything) they made false claims about it being against federal law which is not true. It can be against store policy but it is not federally illegal. They wouldn't even reimburse for the defective product they sold me. They claim that they encourage trying it before leaving the store, yet they dont have any posted signs nor any verbal warnings. Now they tell me that... and there is nothing they can do. This is the last time I will ever shop here. Cheats and liars, hopefully others see this review and stay away. Plenty of other smoke shops in Howell that have better customer service and more...

Great selection and the staff is excellent here. Seriously best group of employees I've ever met collectively. This is the shop I endorse and that matters 😅. *Edit as of December of 2018 I am no longer spending any money at this location. One particular manager has zero professionalism. Accusations without any proof especially when she contacted a family member about me are unacceptable. If their security cameras work Melissa decided to falsely accuse before checking them. Spent thousands of dollars just to be disrespected by someone who clearly should not be managing. Rest of the staff I have nothing but good things to say about, however it isn't enough to get the terrible taste out of my mouth. Thanks for ruining my holidays though...
