The Gold Depot — Local services in Genoa Charter Township

I frequent The UPS store nearby and I decided to go in and shop the store I love the fact that there's a local store and it's not a Kay Jewelers or some type of chain it just seems like a lot of what's taking over our world are chain stores, so to find something like THIS it was awesome what I was looking for was our 25th anniversary ring.

Sadly, it was about a year ago now and I have meant to do this review... it really meant a lot to me that the person that helped me help me to find something that would match my ring most perfectly!!

Since then I've gone back in to buy a few gifts and I also sold some gold there and got about $400 - from junk or broken stuff...

I know now if I wanted to buy a piece of jewelry or get something fixed ... It would MOST definitely be THIS place!!

Every single person that I have encountered there is truly so nice and so helpful and it's an all-around awesome place to shop!! THANK -YOU, thank-you to everyone there!!!!

Brenda was top notch from beginning to end of our transaction. She found an affordable way to get exactly what we wanted in a pretty much custom setting with a beautiful diamond.She is super fun to shop and at times dream with about giant diamonds! She is funny and really takes care of you. Their prices are exceptionally reasonable and the timeframe to get them is amazing. Kevin is nothing but professional and has a beautiful store full of beautiful baubles! My husband had an old gold coin that he has saved for quite some time and one day we stopped by Gold Depot to ask its value. We ended up selling the coin for a fair price. Subsequently, Kevin and his staff were able to inspect and verify the value of several pieces of unused jewelry we also had. They used several gems that we had in the older jewelry to make a beautiful ring for our wedding anniversary. On top of that, we had plenty left over giving us the opportunity to have him craft more jewelry to our liking or we could opt to take the same value in cash. The work Kevin did is amazing. The ring is flawless and is exactly what we had hoped for. We couldn’t be happier....
