Horrible customer service!!! The owner will sell items over the phone right in front of you standing in the store to buy the same item!! This is a business and it should be first come first serve!! Very poor decision made by the owner and she didn’t have any remorseful about it what so ever!!! All we got was quote “The store is up for sale and maybe whoever buys it will make everyone happy” all I can say is Wow!!! Then we’ll maybe you can find something else in the store!!! Who says that!!! I have never had anything or heard of anything like this happening before!! Just because someone called about it, they should have been in the store to purchased it!! Its a store!!!!! Everyone I have shared my tory with agrees that this was was a very poor business decision. And said they would never shop there ever again!! That was my first time in the store and will definitely be my last time!! I will not give my money to someone who treats customers this way!! We will NEVER BE BACK!!
