No organization system on the buy side, they lost my stuff.

UPDATE: In response to the review above, the owners slandered me on fb (and included my full name). I’m writing to clarify a few points regarding my recent visit to A Little Loved.

Donation: I did not agree to donate my remaining items. Communication: I did not receive any voicemail or text, and the caller ID was not your business name. Process: Unlike other resale shops, such as Buffalo Exchange, which provide transparency by showing purchased items and offering options, I was asked if I wanted to take back “the trash” and had no clear documentation of what was sold or its value. Disorganization: My bag was found (unlabeled) only after I insisted, buried under a pile of clothing. Payment: Kev seemed unsure about the payout, confirming it multiple times as I walked to the door.

In summary, the process was disorganized, and I believe a clearer tracking system would prevent future issues. Since my name was slandered on their facebook page, I wanted to ensure my experience was accurately represented. This place is wonderful! The owners are always so happy and friendly when I come in! They have accommodated me and let me sell on Saturdays even though that’s not one of their buy days. They have always given me a good amount for the items that come in and let me donate to the free pile instead of taking all the stuff back (which is rare, as they usually buy most if not all of my stuff). They are a very sweet couple and so happy there is a store like this close to home. I have no complaints about the owners or the business. It’s very clean, and they make sure their inventory is clean and organized. They also offer a free section for people who may not be able to buy clothes for their children. They truly care for their customers and their community....
