Peanut butter shake came out tasting like straight milk and was incredibly watery, so when I came back to tell them about the issue, older lady came to the window and was incredibly rude saying that it’s how they’ve always made them and that it wasn’t wrong and that I needed to just throw it away. I took my family here for ice cream for the first time after playing at Hager Park for a treat but was completely disappointed.I ordered kids cones for my littles and smalls for my wife and I. They didn't have our first 2 choices of ice cream even though it was on the menu. Then we received our cones and they were extremely small portions and the kids size was no different than the small cones. High prices for a small amount of ice cream. Not sure if the workers were having a bad day but I will not return after paying that amount for such a small amount...

One of the ice cream treats was a slush and we didn't realize it. When I let the "owner" (old white lady that refused to give her name because she "didn't have to") know, she said... "how is that my problem?" As she attempted to get more money. With rude and unprofessional disgusing person like that, we will never return. I suggest taking the trip to Grandville for better priced treats with people that are outrageously gross in front...
