I forgot to take pictures for this review but ill make up for it with detail.
The pizza and breadsticks i received from this location each time were above and beyond any other location I have ever ordered from. I've worked in the pizza and restaurant industry for 15 years so i do judge pretty hard on pizza.
When I opened the box at home I was expecting a typical LC pizza with little care put into it and for it to be just mildly warm and filled with bubbles with 5 pepperoni. Quite the opposite at this location.
Pulling up to the building you might think "this place looks old and empty" and walking in has the same feel. Don't judge the book by its cover as they say.
I placed the order over the phone for pickup in one incidence and the man who answered did so with professionalism and a positive attitude that impressed me right away. So much so that I actually complimented him on how he answered and thanked him for his pleasant greeting.
I never understood why anyone would go to a further location than one right around the corner but in this case I would say "do it". If you are in the Jenison/Hudsonville area you should only be going to this location. Each item was fresh made, too hot to eat even after getting it home, actually looked and tasted like a pizza you would get at a sit down restaurant, and the extra items I ordered were all there and packed with care.

I have mixed feelings, but overall I am rating low due to how they run. Every time I go in to get a hot and ready, there is a 10-minute wait for those but they have like 10 of the Extra Most Bestest ready to go. This seems like a bait and switch to me. I have kids waiting to eat, so I do not need to wait 10 minutes for the pizza to cook when I've planned a get in and get out strategy. They never offer a discount on their pizza even though their "pars" are off from a real patron service standpoint. If I didn't have kids waiting, I would go to a sit down restaurant. This is supposed to be quick, not the bait and switch process they have going to "make a buck." Very disappointed in how it is run. I ordered online. When the system said my food was ready, I went in and it wasn't ready. I ended up waiting a good five minutes at the front counter to be acknowledged, and finally heard someone in the back say "hey, can you go get the front? I don't feel like it." Guy comes to the front, checks my order, realizes the crazy bread hadn't been put in the oven yet. Says it will be another ten minutes. 30 minutes go by before I finally get the crazy bread. By then, the pizzas were old and gross. Service was a joke. I won't visit this location again. Fortunately, the locations on Chicago Drive or in Allendale are both close enough and don't seem to have the same issues this...
