Ashley Store — Local services in Georgetown

I just purchased a new home and needed furniture for almost every room. I had browsed an Ashley's in another state, but found out each store is individually owned, so I was unable to purchase and have it shipped to my new place. I knew there was an Ashley's close to our new home, so I took pictures of a few of the items. Upon entering the store, we were met with the smiling face of Joe. The store was also bright and clean. Joe brought us right to the couch set I wanted so everyone could be sure it was still good! This store did not have the dining room table on the floor, but Joe was able to pull it up and immediately noticed how well it went with the living room furniture. My family looked for bedroom furniture and mattresses, and I picked out a sleeper sofa for the basement. We spent the better part of the afternoon with Joe, and it was very easy. He went through a lot when it came to picking out the right mattresses and did not pressure anyone into anything they were not sure of. The ladies behind the desk were able to get my financing upped so I could take advantage of the 2 year interest-free deal they had going on. All in all, it was a great experience. Hailey was a great sales consultant. She was warm, welcoming and friendly. She was not pushy and gave me the space I need to look around, but checked on me when she saw me sitting on a few couches and was readily available when I had questions. Once I determined on the sofa we reviewed the pros and cons of each style and she was honest and thoughtful with her opinion. She asked me questions so she could best understand my lifestyle and what would make the most sense while being stylish in my space. Once it was time to write up the contract she was thorough and gave a nice handoff to the finance team. Once the sale was complete Hailey confirmed I had everything I need and assured me that she would check up on the back ordered item to provide me with updates. She sent me a thank you note the next day via text and a few days later a hand written note arrived in my home with a personal note about an upcoming trip. I wasn’t heading out to look at furniture when I happened in to Ashley Furniture yesterday afternoon. I was greeted by Cynthia and we fell into an easy conversation. We were talking by a furniture grouping that was beautiful and totally my style. We continued around the store and discussed what I might need in the new place I would move to later this month. Cynthia was professional yet warm and very well versed on the styles and values and financing options available to me. I ordered the sofa I had initially admired along with the coffee table and end table. Cynthia even described what size lamp to put on the end tables so that the scale would be correct. What a great experience! Brittany had all the paperwork ready to explain and for me to sign.
