ALDI — Local services in Millsboro

2 times in a row I’ve had to go inside for my curbside order because “no runner is available”. This week I have to go inside and wake up my sleeping toddler for them to come out and take care of a car that got there 15 minutes after me and make me wait even longer for my order.

There needs to be a way of contacting the store directly especially when the issue is being blamed as a “connection issue”.

The guy who finally came out was very nice and kind, but to wait for 34 minutes for a curb side order and the only way of contacting is to go in the store is just not acceptable. If there’s connection issues there needs to be a way of calling the store or post it on...

Good costumer service, Especially by Kelly! Today I went in with my baby, & I was having trouble finding noodles such as spaghetti for my son who has an egg allergy. As I was checking out at the register I asked if Aldi carried noodles with no egg, & Kelly went out her way to find me some noodles for my son! I appreciate it so much because it’s been hard finding foods without egg! , she’s very sweet & kind hearted! Will definitely recommend this Aldi to my family members & ask for Kelly!...

Just left alty and I know it's their 1st day they are a little understaffed and are definitely struggling with the counting of some things but overall the store looks Really good The teenagers that they had working this evening were extremely pleasant . However they only have 2 checkout lanes that accept cash and this will make it harder for some of the senior citizens in our area as a lot of them do not use self checkout.
