I don't expect the best service in a fast food restaurant, but it was poor enough that I am actually writing a review. I paid for food that was made wrong and (paid for the extras on it), and when I went to the counter to inquire about it. I work in CS and I'm not a horrible human. I was gentle and not confrontational. When I asked the employee at the register if she could double check the receipt they had just to make sure I did order right, pay for it, and it was just an error; while she huffed and rolled her eyes, another employee not 15 feet away who was making food starting saying how "that wasn't on the order" and talking about me with other staff members right in front of my face. The girl at the counter was annoyed and didn't understand what the point was. Well, you made my food wrong (which mistakes happen, though after reading the reviews it appears to be a major issue), furthermore I paid extra for these items. Anyway, something as simple as listening to the customer who is calm and not complaining but simply asking to double check (and possibly refund me for the variance) it didn't happen. The manager (I presume) came over and was tolerant but annoyed and verified I did order and pay as I had thought. Instead of offering a refund only in the amount of what I paid for and didn't not receive; it was just we'll make them again. I thanked them for their "help" and said it wasn't about getting extra food or even having it remade, it was about just not wanting to pay for something I didn't get. Regardless, they were rude and short with me. I told them I wouldn't be comfortable with the staff remaking my food as they were standing in earshot making comments. A simple adjustment and only for what I didn't get was all I needed. I didn't ask for not get an apology. This is why service matters. I don't care if a mistake was made, it's how it's corrected. I was not asking for food or corporate or being anything but understanding. To go to a business, pay for something, not get it, not make a fuss, and just ask for that amount to be returned to be treated like I was irrational or unreasonable. The manager acts in similar fashion to the employees so I doubt anything will improve the service. It is because of those factors of things I came home from vacation and went out of my way to write a review. You don't have to pretend it's a fine dining experience but you need...

I said, "hi, will you please ring me up for 2 sides of sour cream". Young girl pointed to the kiosk and said you have to do it over there. I replied, I have cash and asked again, " will you please ring me up so I don't have to use the kiosk again, I have cash?". She pointed again and said, use the machine. So, I said, "really, you can't ring me up, I have cash?. Again. She pointed and started tapping away to wake up the kiosk. So we both used the kiosk and I ordered my sour cream. She started to walk away and I said, "excuse me, Remember I'm using cash and held out two, 1 dollar bills. She grabbed my money, pushing my hand down and then she aggressively ripped the money from my hand. I was shocked and waited a couple seconds and said. "Wow, that was aggressive and unnecessary". No one said a word, the girl was cashing me out on a register at drive-thru. 2 people preparing food looked over and didn't say anything. I said, " did you see what she did? She agressuvely ripped the money from my hand" and NO response. The girl walked over to give me my change and I said. "That was rude of you to aggressively rip the money from my hand" and she said I didn't do that, I said, oh yes you did. She walked away. I made my drink and walked back to the counter and asked to speak to the manager. The female manager walked over and asked what the issue was and I told her what happened. The manager said, "I'll talk to her" and apologized". This was probably the rudest customer service experience I've had in about 2 years. I'm doubtful the manager said anything to her. I won't be returning to that location. The young girl had black hair, ponytail under her hat and wore black framed glasses. She was out of...
Read moreI love tacobell, but this location has been letting me down since day 1. I thought maybe they are new and learning so didn't think much of it but now it's been a while and after constantly getting my order messed up it has reached a limit of tolerance. Today I went ordered and they missed my mexican pizza. Last time I had ordered and they missed my burrito. The time before that it was missing the fiesta potatoes and the list can go on. Its as if they are doing it on purpose. There hasnt been one visit where either I haven't had to go back to get my order fixed or have to call them to let them know their process needs some improvements. I called today and talked to the manager and told them that I dont need to get my food its fine mistakes happen but I requested that they fix their system and the manager goes ahead to tell me that nothing is going to happen and that at most The company is gonna give me a $5 voucher and thats it. Is this professional? Is this the standards of a food company? If these are the professionals you hire who dont even take some responsibility for their actions and want to improve I would rather not eat here ever again. Highly disappointed and whoever wants to get disappointed go here. This place is never gonna get any more of my business or none from my family...
