Rural King — Local services in Georgetown

I started to give them 4 stars but considering what they are up against here in Georgetown they are definitely a 5 star store. It is so refreshing to shop in a clean, well maintained and well organized store again. I mean things are really where they are supposed to be. They have 3-4 full length isles of nothing but jeans and they are actually sorted and stacked by sizes. The entire store is like this,, so organized. It really influenced me to make sure I folded items and put them back properly whe I was done looking at them. For the most part their prices are excellent. Some items are a little high but I think they are still very competitive with the other stores around Georgetown. Their organization and cleanliness is far superior to any other stores in Georgetown. The employees were very friendly and helpful in everything I needed help with. They were working and smiling at the same time. A couple of them even went out of their way to help me even though I had interrupted them while doing something else. One dropped everything and walked me to what I was looking for and then the other one stopped and got on the radio to ask others about the item I was looking for. I will be returning here for sure. We need to support stores like this that have such high levels of work practices. Georgetown needs stores like this to bring the standards up in our...

My 1st time there. Went to the Georgetown, KY store. While I was walking around lost, looking at the signs and areas the store had, I never saw an employee on the floor. The woman at the register was very nice though. I told her the gloves I had were on sale for $4.99. They rang up higher, and she adjusted the price. I've been in Customer Service, Retail, etc for 35 + years. That cashier is one to keep!!! Also, would of been nice to have been greeted when I walked in and again would have been nice to have people walking around asking customers if they needed assistance. I did like the layout of the store and all the different merchandise y'all carry. You didn't have what I was looking for, which I didn't think you would but gave it a try to check out the store.

Edit: Back when you marked your flowers and such down, 30%, I bought a hanging flower. None of the flowers had been taken care of, we're all about dead, because they were completely dry from no water. I picked the "best" one I could find, in the flower color I wanted, thinking I could give it water, and make it survive. Within 2 days of having it, there was so much dead leaves and flowers, it was pathetic. I put it where it could get more sun, but it's still pathetic looking. I'll NEVER buy anything from your flower section again. $24.99 flushed down...

I'll never do business here again and I suggest anyone else take their business elsewhere. Customer service is zero. You can't get a hold of anyone who can or will help you when you have a problem and everybody you get a hold of it's not their fault and there's nothing they can do. There is no accountability. They got me once earlier this year on a battery they wouldn't warranty that was not even a year old. Call customer service and the store manager was supposed to call me never got to call call customer service back and the district manager was supposed to call me and never got a call back. I sucked it up but then today I was placing an order online for my better have to pick up on her way home from work as I have done many times in the past. The website would not take the order but it charged my card not once but twice yet the order wouldn't go through. I've spent almost 3 hours on the phone trying to get this resolved between the store and customer service but no one is responsible no one can help no one is accountable.
