I just have to say that dairy Queen has gotten some new employees working at their local restaurant. I think that the new employees need extra training and more help with. The food orders that they get i spent with my mom. About 6 hours at Dairy Queen today.In the drive through we went is there to get a cup of a blizzard. Ice cream. And a garlic, promising chicken strip basket. We went through the drive through one time. We were purchasing our order at the drive through speaker i told my mom. I said I don't think it's working the speaker sucks when you can just walk in and order food. Then sitting in the drive through for like 20 minutes it was frustrating. I was needing to get home to my service dog and eat my food and watch The Super Bowl game i think we're going to stop Going Out to eat. They wanted $30 for the chicken strip basket and a blizzard ice cream from there good luck to making more customers it stinks that they disappointed us they made my mom mad so we got the food and left. In for what for chicken strip garlic chicken basket. With a blizzard, it would be $30. your crazy for that much I have to take care of my highly trained service dog and get her dog food and stuff that she needs for me to walk into a restaurant. Or store and have to pay $30 just for food or items that I need realize that I don't have enough to buy food for my service dog. It's kind of disappointing to me. Read moreSo I didn’t want to have to write this review….we tried to work with the store and even contacted them and the owners/company that owns them. It started with breakfast on a Saturday, we ordered biscuits and gravy and another breakfast online and stopped to pick it up…it wasn’t ready and that was okay…we waited, got our food, then proceeded home to eat. First of all, it was so watery…it leaked all over my new truck…literally 175 miles on the truck!! Then when we got in the house, it was watered down, not what I would call gravy!! It was terrible and no one ate it!! We called and the manager was nice and said they figured out some had left with customers that was this way and she said she would refund the money…2 weeks later..still no refund!! Then, since I love the DQ cakes, my wife ordered my birthday cake from there for my Birthday. Mistake number 2…Not sure if was just another mistake or someone was mad because we complained on food…this was 3 days later that we got the cake. The cake was missing the chocolate layer, the fudge layer, and the chocolate crunch! That is what makes it a DQ cake!! It was ok but not great without that layer and most of it got thrown away because the family said it tasted funny…..so we reached out again and again and no one would answer the phone!!! Read moreWent to this location to Get a burger,cheese curds and coke zero. When I got to the window they tried to hand me a blizzard. I told them that wasn't mine,that I ordered a small coke zero. Instead of saying I'm sorry or handing me my receipt,or let me refund you,she shuts the window without a single word. Does something else for a minute then looks like she starts making my coke. Someone else comes to the window to hand me the coke,I ask for my receipt to which he pretends not to hear me. Finally I get my receipt and sure enough there is a blizzard on there and not a coke. A mistake is OK just say sorry I didn't hear you correctly or whatever but to not even acknowledge it or give ne my money back is crazy. I looked at the guy who handed my my coke and receipt and said hey there is a blizzard on here that I didn't order, I ordered a coke zero. Again there was no apologies or anything at all. He shuts the door in my face. About 5 minutes later he said something to who I assume is a manager and she's gets money out of the drawer and he hands me cash.
