We went in knowing what we wanted for the most part (sealy optimun). We had a lot of question as it was our first higher priced mattress purchase. Sharyl was our sale rep, and was "AMAZING". We had tons of questions about the warranty, their company, the customer feed back, and asked her if there was anything else she thought we should know about our purchase. She took the time to answer every single question in detail. We are having our new mattress delivered tomorrow( fast i know) "FREE of charge"and well informed. Sharyl made sure we had every deal and discount available. I have worked in retail management for over 10 years I know a quality sales rep when I see one. We were treated as if we had been loyal customers for some time. Lets not forget we now have 120 days to see if we like the purchase, and if we don't we can exchange it with a $49 fee added ( not a big deal to me if we don't like it). When we do need to purchase another mattress SleepOutfitters in Georgetown KY will be our first stop, hoping Sharyl is still there. Keith knows nothing about financing and didn't listen to my husband and I when we asked if we should use both of our information for the financing application. He assured us we would just use my husband's but use both incomes. We didn't know that a joint application was an option until after both of our credits took hits for separate applications. Dawn only cares about making a sale. Even if you aren't getting a mattress that's right for u she only cares about her commission. This place is horrible. My husband and I both took hard hits to our credit and now we're stuck with a mattress that's causing us horrible back pain and wehave to pay thousands for it. I regret every going here Edit to add : Just left the store for a exchange to a mattress that is better for myself and my husband. Dawn had the audacity to try and bargain with us to delete or alter my original review in exchange for her to remove the $100 exchange fee. Read moreMy wife and I recently purchased a new mattress for our toddler, as well as a new mattress for ourselves (along with a couple of pillows) after the first purchase went so smooth. Billy Works (BJ) helped us throughout both purchases and the experience couldn't have gone smoother. Billy knows his products and helped match us with what worked best for our needs, above trying to "make a sell".
Our mattress wasn't in stock when ordering, but we were told beforehand that this was a possibility. Billy did great with managing our expectations, and when he called to let us know it was in stock we were surprised at how quickly it arrived! After things were delivered Billy called to check on our satisfaction with the product as well as the delivery, and to make sure there were no issues.
We could not have been happier with our experience, I wish more people in a sales role could be as customer focused as Billy. As far as the products go, we're all getting the best sleep we've ever had!
