Just ordered on 7/5/2021. Asked for crazy bread, pizza, buffalo wings. Was parked and asked to wait for my order. So far so good. Order came out, no crazy bread. Okay fine, I stopped the employee and said "Hey we ordered crazy bread". He simply replied "no, I checked" and continued to walk away. To which I told him the receipt came out to $19 just to check and make sure the order matched what we wanted. He came back out with the receipt, which showed we in fact did not pay for crazy bread, but rather were rung up and charged for a crazy sauce which we never even received(or wanted for that matter). I'm still in the parking lot, in what seems like a deal between a car salesman at this point. I just want my crazy bread man, I'll even pay for it. I'm going back and forth with this employee over some simple crazy bread. Eventually I'm told to get back in the line of ~10 cars to wait for another 20 minutes and order another crazy bread. I left, I'm not waiting in line again for a mistake and a mischarge on my receipt. I'll gladly pay for the breadsticks man. Just ring me up and handle the situation like you should have done. I've worked customer service for over 12 years, I'm normally very understanding but this guy was just rude and never fixed the problem. Come on man.
The situation was never resolved, I paid for a sauce I never received, and the employee did nothing to right the wrong.
I finally get home, my pizza is cold and not even cut. I don't really care, I heat up my oven, bake the pizza, and cut it with my own pizza...
Read moreI placed an online order for two pizzas and some crazy bread. After receiving an email saying it was ready, I went to the store and after seeing a long drive through line, decided I’d drive around and just go in to pick it up. However, the doors were locked and they would only accept customers in the drive through. After about 20 minutes I made it to the window and was told one of my pizzas was not ready yet and if I pulled into a parking spot, they’d bring it out to me. I’m not sure why I got an email if my order wasn’t ready. So I parked, and waited 15 more minutes before deciding to call and ask for an update (since you couldn’t walk into the lobby). The phone won’t even ring, it was turned off or disconnected. So I go to the door and knock, and they point to the drive through and want me to walk around, and stop the entire drive through, just to ask about my order. When I ask, they said they just put it in the oven, and it would be about 10 minutes. I asked for the rest of my order that was finished, and waited for my other pizza. They did finally bring that out after about 10 minutes, just as they said, but I was at the store for an hour trying to pick up an order that I was told was ready before I got there. I understand they were busy and possibly understaffed, as everyone is, but no one should wait an hour for an order. Poorly managed store...
Read moreOrdered Online thru the App for Carry-Out. Arrive to pick it up, Lobby is locked. Contactless pickup Only via Drive thru. I'm in a Tractor Trailer and that isn't a option. Knock on the door (loudly enough to be heard inside and not ignored) and got ignored. Call and get attitude because he didn't like how I knocked on the door. Took my name and hung up. Roughly FIVE minutes later handed my food out the door. I'm all for being safe but nobody inside had a mask on, watching the drive thru No mask or PPE. Lets be real the manager has kept the lobby closed because it's less to clean and requires less staff only one register. To my knowledge, this is the ONLY place in Georgetown still not offering full service to it's customers. It is the ONLY Little Caesars Pizza location that I've encountered that is still only doing restricted services. At least limit the App so customers CAN'T order carry out if you're not going to be decent human beings about handing orders out the door because not everybody can use the drive thru! The supposed 'manager' was a complete jerk when I told him I'd be calling about the issue he laughed and said I'm the manager it's pointless.
I'll go out of my way to visit a different...
