Came thru about 3:30ish & ordered a nacho fry box. The person wing the window his name was dalton , said he was a manager and he didn’t know much about the nacho fry box. Well I told dalton the burrito was not in my bag , not knowing the burrito comes into the box. After I had told dalton that the burrito was not in there he just had seen the one that was in my box. So, Dalton told I guess the person making the food that the burrito was not in there to the heavy set guy, a manager I’m assuming he was dressed like one he said it was in the box I told the manager that it was not in the box he told me they told him it was in the box, from there I told them they was wrong the guy working the window who said his name is Dalton told me “ let me have them make that for you”. I was being very unreasonable and told the manager demanding my burrito , I heard the heavy set guy tell the manager he wasn’t making the burrito because it was in the box well I told the heavy set guy it wasn’t in there and he cussed at me and said “the burrito is in the box bruh “. I said it’s not your wrong then after dalton the manager I’m assuming turned his back and from there the other manager. The other manager ( Ben) acted like he was gonna come at me violently. From there dalton and another manager broke up the situation and escalated it by getting between us. Dalton then issued me a refund and as he was doing so the heavy set guy was cussing at me in the background and Dalton told him to clock out and go home. Dalton was kind the whole time through this rough battle he was very kind and compassionate with me even through hard times he was good to me and took great care of me today. Read moreLast 4 visits straight in a row (separated by weeks, months, and various times of the day) have all been bad experiences in terms of not getting my order right. I was really hoping somehow they have to get an order right. It is impossible to get a wrong order 4 times in a row with different staff working...right? Nope, no redemption for this Taco bell. It is consistently bad. I've been eating at this restaurant since 2015. It was great. I always got orders correct. This past year has been horrible. Not sure why it has plummeted in service. I have received someone else's order (when there was only me and one other car... It was not busy)...I have ordered a couple standard value meals that don't come with the right ingredients or with the right menu items. Today's order, the 4th attempt... Missing 3 tacos from a value meal, asked for a large drink, received medium, asked for a taco supreme and received a normal taco, asked for a Cantina meal, received beef instead of chicken which is the standard for the Cantina meals. I go in to get my missed food, didn't even tell them the rest of what was wrong. The workers were zombies. It is so sad to see a system that used to be so good, turn into this. No rouge lettuce in the cheese roll ups, no steps of ingredients in my grilled steak burrito, ie finding the only nacho sauce at the bottom or sour cream only in the middle. The pop was the perfect blend of carbonation and syrup with just the right amount of ice. Deduction of a star because the pop machine in the lobby was broke and I could not refill and the food servings were smaller than I have ever seen in all my years of being a loyal patron, almost laughable. What I thought was my husband’s Meximelt was actually a supreme taco! Service was the perfect balance of nice and efficient with the ordering of food to the delivered product being quite prompt. Knowing staffing is a problem everywhere I didn’t deduct more starts for the atmosphere. All the tables weren’t clean, the bathroom had one stall in the ladies bombed with a number two and the other, non-handicapped stall, was extremely tight with no hook for my purse and the toilet paper sitting on the dispenser.
