I placed 3 orders 2 weeks ago. The order forgotten was placed first. Once I went back in to get the forgotten order they claimed it had just came thru. Okay, no problem. Fast forward 2 weeks later; I’ve been in there twice this week; no problems. Service, food, everything great. One of my colleges goes in there this afternoon to get her order and a gentleman harassed her in regard to the forgotten order 2 weeks ago. I will not do business with them anymore. I was a daily customer, sometimes twice a day. But please don’t harass a young person over a situation that they didn’t have anything to do with. Not good for...

I can't speak on all tropical smoothie locations, but the Georgetown location is absolutely amazing!

I honestly have never had better customer service at any place I've been.

Two girls that work there have went out of their ways to learn my order down to a shot of energy and a strawberry edible straw!!

I can't remember their names, but they are of Indian decent, and if they are working when you come, you're in for a treat! They always speak to,and ask about my 16 month old daughter who loveeees their smoothies :)

My recommendation is as follows:
