I like this store a lot but I was in there tonight and I couldn’t get any service. It was me and one other customer. I had picked out what I wanted and was ready to check out, would’ve taken 3 minutes tops. However the employee decided to price out a bunch of cards for the other customer, that’s fine they were there first. The problem arises when the customer wants to trade in their own cards to lower the price of what they are getting. That’s fine I’m not upset with the customer. I’m upset because the employee acknowledged that I was ready to check out before he started pricing these new cards. I sat there for 25 minutes. I was not satisfied with the customer service at all I remember a time the employees would do anything to satisfy a customer but when I trade a card in and and I had some store credit left over I ask politely if they could drop a card price a couple bucks to zero out my credit but when they rather make a extra 2-3 bucks than to help and satisfy a customer it left a horrible taste in my mouth I asked if they could asked the owner they denied that.
